They gave me a mostly empty (about 1/4 full) bag of chips for a large side of cheese and a side of salsa, for which we paid. There were 3 of us to share about 20 chips total. Disappointing.

Waited way to long for food that was mediocre to say the least. We came at 2:00 PM on a Sunday and had to wait 30+ min for our food. They forgot to put my queso on my burrito when I paid extra for it and forgot to give us our additional queso. Very disappointed and won't be back. The only saving grace was a guy worker who was busting his but delivering orders and bussing tables. He was nice and deserves a raise.

Would give 0 Stars if possible. Spent $25, waited an hour for food, and then left with nothing… Just walked out of this place on friggin Cinco De Mayo after paying $25 for two meals to go and receiving nothing. Literally nothing. My wife and I sat in the lobby for an hour waiting on our food patiently while ONLY 2 workers worked non-stop and once people who had paid 20 minutes after us for their food, started getting their plates, we walked out. Mind you, there was only one order taken between ours and their’s, in twenty minutes. During that time at least 10 people got in line to order, stood there for 20 minutes and then walked out in frustration. Plus at least 5 dashers. Luckily for them but not us, they didn’t spend any money. We never got a receipt and you could barely get anyone’s attention around them taking more orders and eventually delivering food, and having already wasted an hour of our lives in there, we just cut our losses with the $25 spent and walked out, but leaving two people to work on a holiday is ridiculous. Call outs or not, over staff on cinco de mayo of all days. Owners should be ashamed of themselves. Will never step foot back in this establishment ever again. Keep the $25, y’all clearly need it

Well to start the front door was broken and had to use patio door . Chips covered the restaurant floor. Horrible music. Absolutely horrible food . Honestly, reminded me of gas station taquitos . For $25 you can get a better meal at Taco Bell. Not sure how this place has stayed in business. Will not return
I came here on a break from shopping across the street. It was a Tuesday, so they had a nice taco Tuesday deal going on for 7.99. I placed my order online from my car as I am very pregnant and was feeling like I needed food fast. I then went to wait until the designated time my food would be ready. I went in, waited in line, the lady told me where to pickup. I waited and waited and waited with no communication and nobody asking. Total avoidance. Finally the guy got close enough and I asked him about my order. He stayed that they were very busy and backed up, so my order wasn't ready yet. I was now at 45 minutes past the order ready time and nearly an hour since I placed the order. The guy swiftly brings my order to me nearly 2 minutes after I was able to trap him and ask for it... and walks away. No drink, no salsa, no queso. I had to then go interrupt the line to get my drink and lime. Get out to my car to eat and the food was ice cold, including my churro fries which I was so looking forward to. So disappointed.

We ordered Taco kits on the website it said it was going to feed 12 people with the small amount of meat they sent it could only feed maybe six very disappointed will never get this again!!!!

The food is always delicious and the portions are great! It’s a great restaurant for families with young children too with a variety of options for them, just ask for no jalapeños. My kids had the black bean fluatas and chips.

We go back occasionally. I get banging chicken bowl and my wife prefers salad with blackened chicken. Food was served as we requested and was delicious. You know we'll be back!
