Had an enjoyable evening someone told me about the restaurant so glad I gave it a try. The food was delightful and servers all were eager to be of service. The food portions were perfect as I was very full and I didn't want to take any home this time. Our main server made our time there fun and cheerful.

Everything was great! We loved the burger of the month. My cab was yummy and my husband's beer! The pulled pork nachos were delish and so was the bread pudding! Hopefully next time we come back they won't be out of meatballs! We really wanted to try them! Overall a great experience!

We had a table that was nice and quiet, as requested, and the service was outstanding. The food was delicious as well!

Annie was great and attentive as well as accommodating to my guest requests. Sitting outside was very pleasant and the noise level at that time was low.

My daughter and I came hungry and ready to eat! I pass this restaurant all the time so I figured it was time to try it. We had a horrible experience and ate nothing. I will go step by step to outline our experience. The greeter at the front was amazing! I didn't get her name but she had blonde braids at the time. I hope you're paying her well and making an effort to retain her! My waitress was HORRIBLE. I don't know if she was having a bad day or always like that but she was cold, rude, and clearly not interested in serving us. Her service was so bad the table next to me was also visibly upset so we chatted a bit. They said it was also their first time there and they probably won't return. I asked for lemon for my water and never received it and ordered a soda for my daughter and never received it until I asked again. Also no utensils on the table and didnt get any until minutes after out main dishes were received. When my meatball appetizer came out, it looked like someone cut a piece off one so I sent it back and asked for it to be removed from the bill. Conversation with the lady who delivered it went in circles. That plate should have never left the kitchen! As a rule, I never send food back. I just always think something bad happens when you do that. My main dishes came and my daughter said her cesar salad tasted sweet/off so that was it for me. My food did not look good and I already had an attitude because my server yelled at me for not telling her I sent the meatballs back. The Director Chloe came to speak to me and she was awesome. I hope she gets paid well and the owners are doing what they need to retain her. She made a perfect effort to correct the situation, but the damage was already done. I had a positive chat with her and shared it was just not a good experience or a good fit for us. She asked if I wanted to pack the food and I said no and we left it. I am not a complain to the manager type person, usually I'll just leave the food, pay, still tip, and never return. Tribeca Tavern missed the mark for me and lost out on what was going to be a nice tab and a nice tip. Chloe did ask if we would try again, but I get in my mood and once I'm done, I'm done. Some retraining needs to be done and maybe even some goodbyes need to happen. No need to respond to me with the canned answer to email Chloe, I spoke with her in the moment and she was perfect and really did try to remedy the situation. She was even cleaning tables while my waitress couldn't care a less and was on the phone!

To recap:
Greeter: A+
Chloe: A+
Waitress: F
Lady who delivered the cutoff meatball: F
Atmosphere: A
Food: C
Parking: A+

Unfortunately I will not return.

Everything was good. The food was amazing. I've been there a couple times but the food seems like it just got so much better tonight.

Although the salad I got was delicious, not sure if I’d go back due to the lack of cleanliness. We sat at a booth, and there was food, splattered all over the wall and on frame picture above the table. Also, we went for lunch, and there was almost no one in the restaurant, so we sat and chatted for a while. As we were leaving the server, made a snarky comment saying that we were finally leaving.

Sweet potato fries were cold and hard. The booth seats were old and all cut up from overuse. They definitely need to be replaced.

Nice location with a nice bar. But service was slow. The burger I ordered mid-well came out raw and the fries tasted and looked like the grease they were cooked in hadn't been cleaned in ages.

My kids and I come here quite often, the food was great and the service overall was friendly and attentive. However, we noticed we were charged for drinks that were supposed to be included with the kids’ meals. I didn't notice this until after the check was paid and pointed it out, and was told it would take a while to have it fix. My 2 little ones were tired and ready to go. It’s a small detail, but something to watch out for as this isn't the first time this has happened, but I caught it before I paid the check. Maybe more training with waitresses on what's included with kids meals. Otherwise, a very enjoyable meal and we’d come back again.

The food is delicious and locally sourced. And it's reasonably priced. We sat outside, and hitch is covered so we were out of the sun. The service was great. Our server was attentive and pleasant.

Was seated in what looked to be used as a private room. Was very noisy even though it wasn't full.

Food overall was disappointing. Steak was over cooked, salmon was overcooked, and burgers were too well done

Reservations were well handled. The server was attentive. Food was hot and taste. The kitchen brought fries with my order, which was changed to mashed potatoes. The error was quickly corrected. Beverage could have been refilled. With a Mother;s Day crowd it is understandable. Definitely recommend.
