Everyone here is so nice and polite. I placed an order for pickup but didn't finish the process so I checked the app again, I clicked Order. They made the drinks right as soon as the slip was printed. No issues.

Staff was polite. Portion size is small. I ordered an açaí bowl and paid $1.29 for peanut butter drizzle which had to be less than 1 Tablespoon. Would definitely try else where if you want a good açaí bowl

Here's how they operate at lunch time. If you don't tip (which it's not mandatory-and times are tight for all) they don't fill your smoothie cup. If you tip you get smiles and the proper pour.

My smoothie taste like watered down bananas. It was awful. I order this smoothie 3x a week from the raleigh location, and my chicken pesto looks sad (although it was decent) the tropical smoothie cafe in raleigh off of edward mills is sooo much

4 out of 5 times I order the same smoothie without strawberry, it has strawberry!!!! Ordered a flatbed today with no tomatoes, it had tomatoes!!!! So frustrating!!!!!

Very disappointed… The smoothie taste like watery Kool-Aid. When I asked them to fix it, they just added more sugar syrup… I threw it in the trashcan.
