We ordered a Santa Fe chicken quesadilla and two smoothies, a Bahama mama and a sunrise sunset. They gave us three sunrise sunsets and 13 cheese, chicken quesadilla with no chips that we ordered on the side. This was terrible service the end.

Nice location that actually serves you a semi-decent amount. My only complaint is serving food that is not hot. My wrap was filled with cold cheese and some of the chicken was cold too. Had to wait until I got home to reheat in the toaster oven.

The lady in the back with the pink hair coughs in her hands serves my food ask her to remake it she got mad went in the back washed her hands but her hands were still wet and served it again also she didn't use soap. I believe that's a health violation just simply ridiculous tried to call and ask for a manager but they didn't answer the phone just simply ridiculous wooden go to this company unless you want to get sick.

I've had poor results the last few times I've been there. The smoothies haven't been blended properly so I ended up with 25% liquid at the bottom and 75% blended ice at the top. No amount of stirring can fix this. I haven't had this issue at other local Tropical Smoothies I've been to. On the plus side, the service was prompt and the store was pretty clean.

Customer Service in America is dead. I walked in and 4 very young ladies just stood there talking, 1 was mopping. No acknowledgement. I see why Bill Gates wants to replace the workforce with AI

I come in this location every other morning, some of the young ladies have a nasty attitude. This morning I just came in young lady that’s in there didn’t greet me didn’t even acknowledge I was at the register I said excuse me 4 times she kept doing what she was doing down the hall. So I said hellooo is anyone else in here or working she said “what” I said I’ve been standing here for awhile she blew at me so I said you know what don’t worry about that’s not how you do customer service. If you don’t want to work then come. Every time I come she always has a little nasty attitude.

Everyone here is so nice and polite. I placed an order for pickup but didn't finish the process so I checked the app again, I clicked Order. They made the drinks right as soon as the slip was printed. No issues.
Very tasty meal I had. Kasha was very kind. Highly recommend!

Staff was polite. Portion size is small. I ordered an açaí bowl and paid $1.29 for peanut butter drizzle which had to be less than 1 Tablespoon. Would definitely try else where if you want a good açaí bowl
