Service has improved quite a bit over the last few months. Most of the staff seemed friendly and accommodating when I was there, and made items incredibly fast. Thanks for the great experience!

Good food but after working and all most people have to go out to get food later, y'all say you close at 9 and I went all the way there and by 8:35 it was already closed, lights off doors locked so assume they shut down sometime before 8:30 a whole half an hour early.

I had a really positive experience at Tropical Smoothie! The food here is amazing; however, I am more impressed by the awesome customer service. Notably, Patrick and Lars were on shift while I was there, and they both did a great job. My food arrived quickly, and their service was delightful.

I asked the employee to wash his hands. He stated to me that they do not have to wash their hands because they wear gloves. I also asked for a refund the employees did not know how they tried calling their manager. She did not answer when they tried calling her until I called and texted her from my phone so unprofessional.

their customer service was terrible. Made my order wrong twice. The people working there didn’t even know what they were doing and did not blend my smoothie all the way had ice chunks. Overall horrible experience
They do a terrible job of making take out food ,don't order take out,you will get food that isn't made correctly. Beware!

I used to work here and this place is disgusting. I worked here when I was 15 and I was forced to close alone most nights. This place used to be good but the new manager has caused this place to go downhill. I got moldy blueberries on my bowl and a freezing cold wrap with not melted cheese. Please don’t come here unless you want to get sick 🤢

Ordered ahead and took over 30 minutes and counting for orders to be completed. Haven’t been here in awhile but smoothies were pretty flavorless. Definitely going to be awhile before I visit a Tropical Smoothie again.
