Visiting from Burlington to Cary I walked into an environment that was completely inexcusable. They staff was entertaining there friends in this establishment having them behind the counter. They was playing music that was deplorable with profanity. I had to ask for my food and drink. This behavior is from this location completely horrible. I was embarrassed and it wasn't my establishment. As a business owner it broke my heart to see how the staff carried on with no regards to any clients.

OK, so I took off my bad review. It was an off day but I do know what I was told about the 199 smoothie it clearly says on the receipt with the purchase of a flatbread sandwich, but that is not what I was told and I didn’t look at the receipt until, I had already returned. Downloaded the app and went through all of that stuff to get the 199. Smoothie The person who took my order was not very nice and very short with me. She was a young girl so I don’t expect much the fact that there was no manager working at the time is what really upset me I am a manager of a store myself, and there should always be a manager on duty to take care of the customers needs to talk to the customer and make sure that the customers happy I do not expect free things, but if a person tells me one thing I expected, I don’t expect something else, I leave three stars because most of the time it is good service what I expect is a customer is that when an employee says something that it is honored whether or not it’s on the receipt or not when you say something to somebody be prepared to honor I go to tropical smoothie every day every single day and I order the same thing every single day I’m hoping that the people at tropical smoothie will see this and make the changes make sure all employees are saying the same thing

i love this location! the guy with the dreads (idk his name) is my boy fr always great food, fast service, chill atmosphere and kind employees. i come a lot on my dinner break because i work down the street and its easy to walk to (i dont have a car). always get a mango magic smoothie and a chipotle chicken club, these ppl know me by name lmao.

I made an order online and made an error , I tried calling to fix it but there was no answer and I called multiple times.
Unfortunately, during the past visits over the last several months, the restaurant has smelled like smoke and rotting trash inside. Staff indifferent. Such a bummer as we loved this place.
