Service has improved quite a bit over the last few months. Most of the staff seemed friendly and accommodating when I was there, and made items incredibly fast. Thanks for the great experience!
I had a really positive experience at Tropical Smoothie! The food here is amazing; however, I am more impressed by the awesome customer service. Notably, Patrick and Lars were on shift while I was there, and they both did a great job. My food arrived quickly, and their service was delightful.
I discovered this place about a month ago, and have already ordered three times. The food is delicious and filling, with many healthy options. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is because the service is not great. It's hit or miss, it seems. It's true what others have said, that some of the employees at this location, talk to each other and their friends, and ignore the customers.
