Fabulous food & staff!!! Thank you TrySeafood for a delicious, healthy girls night dining! What a wonderful dining experience - simple clean diner!

My husband and I ate here yesterday and the food was fantastic! The young lady and young man at the counter were both gracious and attentive. The young man knew the menu well and provided great suggestions. The food was all seasoned very well. I had the fried whiting, collard greens, plantain, and the cornbread. We shared the strawberry 🍓 lemonade because it was served in a large container. My husband had the fried oysters 🦪 and a small seafood boil. They did not have a lot of seating but we ate inside. They offer to go as well. Let me just say that we would go again. Pictures do not do the food any justice.

I DoorDashed my order (catfish, jerk shrimp, and crab cake poppers). I had a craving for everything, and I can do that! I was skeptical from the negative reviews. Let me say, YALL DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME!!! Nice sized portion of catfish, seasoned pretty good!! Everything tastes perfect and now I’m a fan!! I haven't finished eating yet, but I wanted to make sure I acknowledged yall with a positive review.

I wasn't aware of this restaurant and stumbled across it cause I was driving through the shopping center and had already been thinking of lunch. The owner was very courteous and helpful in explaining the menu options. I saw that they had red snapper on the menu and wondered if they could impress me with this cause alot of restaurants overcook this fish drying it out. I ordered the collard greens and mac and cheese to go with it. Let me just say that there wasn't any blandness; all of it was flavorful. I am definitely interested in trying out the other items on the menu. I will be back!

This was my first time trying here and the food was amazing. I ordered the blackened catfish and it did not disappoint. I was hesitant to try the hush puppies because that among other foods are not all created equal but I gobbled them up once I made home..I will definitely be back and thank you to the young woman who took my order. Appreciate you looking out! Will definitely return.

I just left from here and unfortunately my order was not complete. I ordered fries and hushpuppies with my combo. I was so sure I saw fries but unfortunately there were not. $20 wasted.

I have tried this location 3 times, the first time the food was really good. My last two times how the food is prepared has not been great. I ordered grilled fish and vegetables the second time. They didn’t strain the liquid from the veggies so the fish was sitting in half a bowl of liquid and soggy. The last time I ordered the wing meal and the chicken smelled and tasted burnt but out of 8 wings only 3 of them were fully cooked. The side of Mac & cheese was hard in texture and the corn bread was stale. I don’t know if I’ll try again but I hope they improve on exacution .

Deliciously Fresh Food. We had a fried whiting meal with steamed vegetables and onion rings. We also had the Rasta Pasta. Everything was Fantastic...and the customer service was Excellent !

Came here for my birthday with family and it was great! Some of our favorites were the calamari, crab legs, shrimp, rasta pasta, and cornbread. Staff was very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Great food cooked perfectly. Big portions. Loved the catfish, the white fish and the perfect fried shrimp. Sides of Mac and cheese and shrimp rice were excellent. Prices seem a bit high, but the portion size is worth every penny. Great service too! Decor isn't fancy, but your taste buds will fall in love.

I went there for the first time bc I was around the corner from a spin art place we were attending. I’m not going lie the wings were good but not the salmon leave it. It was dry and flavorless. The wings is what made me go back the second time. I ordered my food online 25min ahead of time. Just to get there and everyone including the manager was perplexed as to where my order was. So, I calmly waited on him to come up with some kind of solution. He told me he would deliver it since I was 8min up the street. I agreed to do so. He even gave me his number to txt him the address. I txted him but, his plan was to come after the restaurant closed. I’m like no can you just send the refund. He never texted back. So, I went back to the restaurant. Just to get there and to be given some old food. So, I told them to make it fresh. The staff had great customer service by doing so. It was the owner that pissed me off. He comes from the back from wherever he was. Mind you the staff had been looking for him since I arrived. Just for him to come out and say “no I refunded you, your back.” Lack of communication and customer service. He didn’t have to courtesy to say I apologize for the misunderstanding or anything. Just basically caught a attitude and walked off. Like I disturbed him or something. Over all good food but I will not be ordering again. That left a bad taste in my mouth.

The food is always good. The service is great I love the server they have here she is tall and slim and has a wonderful welcoming when you come in. I just feel bad because she seems to always be running the place by herself. I came in Sunday my favorite day to usually come in it was crazy busy as usual. When I walked in I heard this customer being very rude calling the server out her name and just saying some very rude comments to her. My daughters was with me so I didn’t want to say anything because she seem very hostile and could have led to something violent. The server continue to take everyone order and was very nice. I believe they should hire more servers and maybe even a security guard for a family restaurant I didn’t not feel safe for me or my kids. That poor server did not deserve that treatment and hope the customer is not welcome back. I won’t be back for a while that truly frightened my children.

Kid-friendliness: This visit wasn’t the best but I usually bring my girls with me all the time.

Decent place for clean cooked sea food. seating is average American fast food vibe.
the seafood itself was cooked right , the hush puppies come with condensed milk, so be sure to request without if needed.
compared to other seafood spots in the triangle, it's high up there but hasn't yet scratched my itch for amazing seafood.
prices are an average of 17$ per meal ( fried seafood+ fries)
