The Upper Deck in Cary, NC. I patronized this bar several times before recently. I was bored on a Saturday night and decided to have a drink. I had two drinks and paid for them. Then a man named Bob offered to buy me a drink while we were at the bar. I accepted it, we began chatting, and he told me about traveling to Asia and how he loves it. Later, he requested that the bartender buy more drinks for me. I didn't decline. As the bar was about to close, Bob asked me for a kiss, and I informed him that due to so many STD's out there, he would need to get an STI test before I kissed him. I went to the bathroom, and when I returned, the bartender (manager) printed out two separate tickets. I told her she knew I had not asked for any of the drinks Bob did, and I left. Later, I learned from another bartender that Bob is a regular customer at the bar, and the bartender(manager) and he are friends. That's none of my business. What the (manager) bartender did is illegal and wrong. The bartender knew I never ordered the drinks, but Bob did, and she decided to give me the bill, which is considered a scam. I asked the manager when the owner comes in, she said never and asked me not to return, and believe me, I won't with this kind of unethical business of a scam.

Very ghetto, seedy, and trashy. It was our first time there and it's an open air drug market out front, they sell drugs all night long and it has the vibes of a prison yard. Gross ass place🤮✌️✌️✌️

This is a great hangout. Food is good $12 burger and fries or $10 Monday special. The food prices are great and sn amazing value. Staff is small but friendly making this place a weekly visit.

Haven't been here in years because it wasn't very good. After reading many positive reviews, decided to give it another go. While the Upper Deck is much better than I remember, it was just average. The seating and game areas were clean and inviting. Plenty of well lit quality dart boards. Beer options were solid. Food was average. We had wings, salad and a chicken wrap. The salad and wrap were good. The wings were over cooked, but sauced nicely.
