Before my current job i worked in fast food like most individuals. I understand the pressure of being dozens of orders deep and trying to be fast…however, when u start forgetting items, ruining the consistency of the food, and rushing customers. Its wrong. My double stack meal was a single stack even though i paid for more. My spouses biggie bag came with no nuggets, no sauce, and her fries were placed upside down in the bag getting everywhere. All i want is to get what i paid for and i come here a minimum of once a week and always deal with something wrong every visit. The evening shift crew needs to get it together.

Troy helped me at the window this evening & she was very friendly and calm with the busy drive-thru line. My large mobile order took a few minutes to prepare so waiting at the window I overheard her speak to other customers and her coworkers in that time with the same politeness. Great team player. Also she communicated consistently with me throughout my wait. My large order was accurate including modifications. Great work here

We order the 2 for 3 this morning and the total was around $9.50 don’t understand didn’t get not drink or nothing and the guy at the drive throu was so rushy and seem not want to be there. We got the food just got sausage cheese no egg on none of the muffins and they was very over cooked just waste of money and nasty won’t be back I was over charge and didn’t get what I ordered

The drive thru guy needs to be trained better. He was trying to tell me what to order instead of taking my order. Didn't get the large sweet tea I ordered or the BBQ sauce for my nuggets and when did it cost an extra $1 to get honey mustard sauce with them instead of BBQ. Have enjoyed your restaurant for years. With the quality of the food and service going down while the price is going up. This will be my last Wendy's visit

This place used to be my favorite Wendy s in this area. Not sure if it because of the new management team or what. This store makes me feel not very comfortable almost every time. I think I will not visit anymore… btw take look at the little dot on lower right corner?

Everything was great until an older gentleman with implied authority interjected his hurry up mentality to two kids working the drive through window. Essentially they were doing awesome and tried to get me a reciept like I asked. Literally this man shooed me away saying he couldn't do that.

Where that old curmudgeon should have been was in BOH being sure my meal was correct.

It wasn't.

Sir, at some point you must let the workers work and learn from the experience. Being rude to a customer directly is not the answer. From what I witnessed you are getting in your own way and causing failures. Step back.

And for goodness sakes SMILE. And if you were not management there is clearly a reason for it and perhaps working at a Wendy's is not where you shine... perhaps a vegetable garden would be better. Anyplace that allows you to yell at plants doing their job growing in thier own time and able to ignore your rants would be ideal. Bless Your Heart.

Just left drive thru 5 minutes ago. My food was cold. Not just cold but cold as if it had been sitting out for a while. Food was not made correctly either. Tried going to lobby to seek assistance. Door locked. It's not even 830 PM (sign says lobby closes at 10 pm) Called store. No answer. So I paid for food made wrong that was ice cold. Store obviously cares very little for their customers. Waste of time and money. Take your business elsewhere. No wonder fast food places are going out of business.
