Why would a BREAKFAST place not open until 8? Wendy’s just needs to go ahead and shut down for good. It’s getting worse and worse

We went to order in drive through and was trying to order biggie deals 3 chicken sandwich which costs 2.59. But they took biggie bag and showed around 16. We told we need only sandwich. For that they removed fries and drinks but gave only 2 sandwiches. We tried to explain but they didn’t understand and was rude. This is our last visit to Wendy’s. We went back to chick fil an and got another sandwich which is precessional and good. Worst service and run down place. I don’t understand how they don’t even know their menu.

UPDATE: was contacted by management and they were quick to resolve the issue.
Currently in contact with customer support because this location has a recurring issue with hair being on our food. At the drive thru you can see many employees not wearing hair nets, beards included. I try to eat here from time to time because its close to work but I'm at my wits end with the hair in our food. Hopefully management will contact me in regards to this issue like customer service informed me.

Every time I pick up at the drive thru window they always immediately ask me to pull up to the door even if it's no one behind me. Obviously trying to cover their own behinds with whatever time crunch they have. Women with dreads asked me to pull up to the door cause she had to make the coffee........ Then I waited 10 extra minutes. That doesn't take that long. Person behind me had to pull up to a drive thru spot too while I was still waiting...... So no one is getting their food they're just sending people to parking spots to make their time. Its pathetic and I'm done coming here.
