Ordered a bacon double to go via the app. Wentin and waited at the to go location. Watched as my burger was put in the staging area and sit for about 2 minutes. The drive thru customers kept getting their orders, a employee kept taking orders at the register but no one did my order. I finally had speak up to get my order.

This location is the worst I ever been experiencing. Gabrielle was the front and she took my order. I order 1 bacon and Jr cheese burger one medium Fries two medium frost and an Cesar's salad. All together she charged me $30.02 . I know right then it's didn't make sense so I asked Gabrielle for my receipt this damn lady Over charge me for an extra hamburger and an fries . She said I wanted two burgers and fries. No the hell I didn't. So Gabrielle started going back and forth with me . I call corporate on her ass today she was out of line . Please everyone get your receipt

My sister and I weren't aware that the "any size soft drink is $1" deal was over. $5.91 for 2 large Cokes. My sister only had $5 so the girl gave us the drinks. She really appreciated it so, next time we go there, we will pay the .91¢

Dear Wendy,
I usually don't eat at your restaurants but today I was forced. I was broke and ordered a 6pc Ghost pepper saucy nugs. Although the nugs were typical soggy fast food suggest the sauce had decent flavor. My question is wtf is that grainy stuff in the sauce? It's like it had cornmeal in it. Just gross!!!

The lady at the window (she looked as though she was a supervisor) was rude .. if it was not for the fact that we were passing through and my grands were hungry, I would have not accepted my food... But... The food was nice and hot ..

I visited the 1343 Kildare farm Rd location. The woman who was working the drive thru was extremely rude! From the moment I pulled up to the speaker I felt rushed like I was imposing on them by even being there, she rushed payment, couldn't even scan my rewards app. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And apparently even worse management to allow your workers to treat guests that way! Let's be honest it's because people like us that come to your establishment that cause you even have a job. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
