This is the second time I have stopped at Wendy’s this week to get a chocolate frosty and they are out again. I even went earlier - I don’t understand ?!? Why are they out of the chocolate frosty hours before they close all the time ?????

Went there before closing time, they let the person in from of me order but when it was my turn the dude asked if I had door dash. When I said no I want to order he disappeared for almost a minute only for some woman to come back and say they are closed. How are you closed and it's not even midnight yet? I definelty now understand why people do not like this Wendy's, with customer service like that I better go to Burger King or MC donald.

I drove thru the drive thru and order two salads on Sunday October 5,2025 at 430pm. It was a young cute black girl with nasty attitude..... I order my food and she didn't tell me my total just come around and get my food no receipt...... not coming here no more

Horrible customer service!!!! I tried twice. They absolutely do not care. Food just thrown together. Extremely unattentive with ugly attitudes!
This has to be the slowest Wendy’s in the entire corporation. The service is consistently disorganized, and getting the correct order seems like a rare event. Tonight was the final straw, my Baconator showed up with no bacon. Not much of a Baconator now, is it? Sloppy service and clearly poor management. Do better.

What's with this location having no Air Condition in the middle of Summer??? This not unhealthy for guest but also the employees shouldn't be subject to this!!! Someone needs to reach out to the Attorney General!!!
