I came for the thin mint frosty, but left disappointed.
Guy taking orders at the driveway was grumpy.
I asked for no ice and didn't notice until later. Fries were barely warm, as was my burger.

Side note, not related to this particular one, the Thin Mint frosty was disappointing. It had ground up cookies in a subpar chocolate sauce. The grit was like sand. Wendy's did the Girl Scouts wrong with this one. :(

5+ employees standing around, dancing and hanging out. 12 minutes after placing mobile order I went to counter where they “found” the order. More waiting. Must be fun to work here. As for eating here, this is my third straight to receive cold “fast” food slowly. Hats sideways, AirPods…seems low standards placed on employees and it shows.

The staff are usually very polite, the food is always subpar at this location though, chewy chicken nuggets, all the sodas have a funky taste to them, the burgers are usually pretty decent and frostys.

Avoid this store at all costs. I was served an old, abandoned sandwich, that didn't even have the right ingredients. I returned, and the manager at the window said "you ordered your sandwich only ranch" and shoved the receipt in my face. I looked at it, and explained this is someone else's food, because the receipt had an older time (like over an hour old). It wasn't until I showed her my phone that she then agreed to get it done right. She looked at me very smug and just plainly.said "here".I was then handed the same old sandwich, she just added cold cheese and room temperature bacon. The chicken was still the same one, old and dry. At this point, I wasn't going to continue speaking with this person, and just left. I did try to eat it, but it was horrible and likely harmful. I literally threw it away.

I reported them to corporate, and escalated because they are a franchise store independently owned. But the level of unprofessionalism, and bad quality food, needed to be made clear, as this can be harmful to the brand. Bad store. Have some pride.

Also, stop trying to resell old, abandoned food for a few extra dollars. Shameful business practice. Be better human beings.

i am a regular at this location. i’m talking 4 times a week and i always order the chicken blt biggie bag and today to my surprise there was no tomato and it gets worse. no backn. i love this wendy’s with my whole heart so i will continue to come back i am just addressing the situation. love you guys

I went through the drive through and the guy taking orders was absolutely rude and hateful! This location just lost my business because they let some rude jerk work for them with no customer service skills.

I went to this location on Sunday at 2:15 pm, the service was terrible, they gave me the wrong food, I ordered honey mustard and it didn't come in the bag or straws, I ordered a salad with spicy chicken and they didn't give me a grill, and I told him to the cashier and he answered that they didn't have and with a rude attitude, a wrong sandwich too, no manager spoke to me and they left me waiting to hear the second order I ordered, and the cashier still told me that I was waiting to move!, obviously my food ..., they need to be trained to take orders and how to treat a customer, of course the food was cold, they didn't give me a receipt either, I know the menu because I was a regular customer until today, obviously I told my friends and family about this insident so that they do not go to this location.

My nuggets and fries had been sitting in the warmer for a long while and not good. I thought with Wendy's your food was suppose to be fresh. I mean isn't that their motto?? Ugh. I won't be back to this one.

Horrible service. The chicken was rubbery and when we showed the staff and complained they told us we couldn’t get a refund and the chicken was cook at the correct temperature. Won’t eat here again! Rude management

Ordered an Asiago club meal from this location, my wife took one bite and bit a huge chunk of rubbery chicken. Told the staff that the sandwich was not cooked all the way through. So they started the the process like they were going to remake the sandwich. Ten minutes later we went back up to the register for them to tell us their temperature is correct on the machine and cannot replace the sandwich or refund us.

Shabby and dank old-style Wendys with poor lighting, greasy feel and smell of oil. This place is a near-perfect appetite killer. The French fries smelled like they had been fried in days old oil. The sandwich filet was thinned to a crisp and the lettuce and tomatoes seemed to have been added on as an embarrassing afterthought. Do yourself a favor and get yourself to the Chik-fil-a just up the road opposite Walmart and near Whole Foods. I did and after chucking the Wendy's food bag was able to sink my fangs into a literally juicy spicy chicken filet with tomatoes and lettuce that tasted like they had just been ripped from the soil only for me :-)
