No line, placed order, fries and drinks were on the tray in 60 seconds. My Dave's single was a minute later. 3 minutes pass and the same lady that took my order says the chicken sandwich will be another 5 minutes. So we go find a table. I come back up after 3 minutes and ask for fresh fries. Chicken sandwich took another 5 minutes. While waiting for fresh fries the staff is standing there in plain sight eating their lunch. Not that I care... but im sure that's not policy.

Super disappointed as today was the launch of Wednesday x Wendy’s ‘Meal of Misfortune’. My 4 year old and I have been eager to finally order the meal, but when we did, it wasn’t what was advertised. I paid full price for only half the experience!
We didn’t get the Wednesdays bag or fry carton in any of our ‘Meals of Misfortune’. Per the employee, “we have the bags but don’t know where they are”. I had to also ask for the ‘Spoon of Gloom’ because they hadn’t provided those at first either. Again, super disappointed.

I've given this location a few chances, but it consistently disappoints. On two separate visits, the air conditioning was broken, making the dining area uncomfortable. While the staff has generally been pleasant, the food has been subpar—even by fast food standards. When I brought up concerns, the manager was surprisingly rude and dismissive.
Additionally, the restaurant prominently displays a no concealed carry policy, and they make a point to enforce it, which may matter to some patrons.
I absolutely will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

The absolute worst customer service they are rude and not friendly at all ... dont even get greeted coming thru the door and the guy at front register was really rude not friendly at all

We have been coming to this location for 3 years now twice a week. The chocolate frosty machine has been down for 3 months and that is the biggest reason my kid likes Wendys. The machine has been down several times over the years and always for an extended time. Today my kid said she didn’t want to come anymore because of it. Your lack of caring for your facilities has ruined what was a fun activity with my kid and lost a long time customer as this will be our last visit!

Last time visiting this location. The last few times, I have had to pull forward and wait at least 10 minutes for my order. This time was over 12 minutes. They had no food ready. When I went inside to get a refund, they were all standing around and had to call someone to do the refund. The orders are also often wrong.
Clean when we went. Food is good, but Wendy's has gotten super expensive.

Rude staff, extremely slow service. They let a random customer who was their friend hand me my food and was annoyed when I asked for my drinks. They took several more minutes and brought one of my drinks and I had to ask again for the second. The food is fine but I don’t want to feel ignored and disrespected as a customer

I came for the thin mint frosty, but left disappointed. Guy taking orders at the driveway was grumpy. I asked for no ice and didn't notice until later. Fries were barely warm, as was my burger.
Side note, not related to this particular one, the Thin Mint frosty was disappointing. It had ground up cookies in a subpar chocolate sauce. The grit was like sand. Wendy's did the Girl Scouts wrong with this one. :(
