By far the WORST fast food place ever. We ate indoors. Ordering was a hassle, food was cold, service was unresponsive. Employees complained to us about their hours. Even a large spider ran across the table nearly on my food. Stay away from this place!

Went at 8 in the morning and the doors were locked even though they should open at 6. There were kids running around playing in the dining area, so I assume a worker brought their kids to work and kept the doors locked to keep customers away from the kids. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. It took almost 15 minutes to arrive, was so tough that I couldn't bite through the bacon and smelled horrible. They didn't have the ingredients for an iced coffee, so I ended up getting a soda. The parking lot looked absolutely awful. Trash everywhere, the menu sign looked like someone threw something on it and you could barely read it. Save yourself the trouble and go down another exit to a decent Wendy's or another restaurant altogether.

I came here around 6pm to get some food and the person taking orders did not sound happy at all like he hates his job 😅 straight attitude, had me waiting almost 10mins to take an order big line behind me. Food was extra dry chicken crispy sandwich was hard like it’s been sitting out all day bread was hard food was cold, and the only sauce they had was ranch!

Dirty, most times they don't have certain items. Chili is almost never ready they say at lunchtime. Soda machine often out of flavors. Floors are disgusting. Flies everywhere.

There was literally no one else there but it still took them almost 30 min to get our 2 meals out. It was really nasty inside, no lids or napkins. Go somewhere else.

Needs a deep clean and then regular cleaning after. Customer service is lackadaisical. Employees seem to not want to be there.
Unpleasant customer service, followed by being asked to pull to the side at the drive thru for food. Ten minutes later, got food, fries were cold and buns were not grilled. Worst Wendy's in a long time.

Honestly this is the worst location I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Not only do they always get your order wrong they always have an attitude when you ask them to fix it. I’m always polite I don’t give people in customer service a hard time because I’ve worked customer service for years. It can really suck but 8 times Wendy’s?!? 8 times in a row straight you get the entire order wrong and then want to argue about it. I’m done with Wendy’s all together

I ordered my lunch from this Wendy's because I only have a 30 minute lunch and it's a 5 minute drive but I always have to wolf down my food because it normally takes 20 minutes to get my food, it's that way even when I'm the only person in the drive-thru wish I find crazy since the inside doesn't be crazy busy.

Went to this location to eat but didn't get a chance to before leaving. When we arrived there was a male worker outside smoking a cigarette which was ok. When we went inside we stood by the register waiting to be greeted and helped. That same male worker came inside walked past us holding a cup of water proceded to the hand washing sink and spit inside the sink. I was disgusted and left.
