Excellent! First time trying Wingstop and I ordered for pickup online. Food was piping hot, cooked perfectly, and delicious. Lady working the counter was friendly too. Will be back!
Called in my order in and the lady told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes but when I arrived she hadn’t placed my order. So they wanted me to wait an additional 15 minutes and then the computer just happened to be down so I had to go elsewhere. Horrible service… what good are you if you can’t even place an order over the phone. Never again!!!!!

The lemon pepper wings WERE SCRUMDIDDLYUMPTIOUS we tore them up my compliments to the chef. Keep doing what you do one lemon pepper step at a time.

I waited 37 minutes and asked for a refund only to be told your order is ready and it takes 18 minutes for tenders to cook. So I guess that means it takes 19 minutes to toss them in sauce. This is the second visit same service. There won't be a third.

They took too many orders than they could handle. So, they kept most customers wait for a long time. Mine was 1:30 hrs and that was not as terrible as others’. I haven’t gone back to see if their management gets better since superbowl night.

Used to eat here a lot these wings tonight are overcooked. I want my money back 32 dollars for dry tough overcooked hardly sauced wings I had a better picture I left on the feedback site
Edit: order was fixed when I was able to come down and it was delicious like it should be and nice and saucy. Only down side it the drums typically are broken with wingstop wings anymore. Every single time I’ve had it it has that issue. Thanks for the fix

This place has the best wings (fries and celeray are always soggy though so order those at your own risk). Service is usally excellent. However last night I asked for a water cup as usual and some new girl suddenly barked at me, "You gotta pay for that!!!" So random and uncalled for. Hope they get rid of her and service goes back to excellent again.

Horrible service. Workers do not pay any attention to customers that come in. Food is barely warm. I've gone here two times to give benefit of the doubt, and nope, I was fooled twice.

I’m not coming back after my first visit. I ordered through the app, but I had to wait nearly 30 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready for pick up, only to get home and find out they gave me the wrong wings. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Nobody acted like they wanted to help. 50 mins to get order. One couple and 2 other people that came in after got their food first. No flavor on wings. Dry. Fries were cold so we knew they sat out waiting on the chicken. First time trying a Wing Stop. Probably the last. Wish we wouldn’t have waited and went elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Was told they were only taking online orders and it would be over an hour, at 9:30pm. The workers all seemed miserable and the guy at the front just straight up ignored me when I asked him a question.
Seems like a pattern across most of the reviews that this location is likely poorly managed. Vote with your dollar friends.

This is a terrible Wingstop location. The employees are rude and disrespectful. We went in on 2/16/25 to place an order and told we could only place online orders. Fine. When we went online we had a question and the male employee ignored us and and literally showed us away. The other 2 employees were standing in the back and no one even made eye contact with us. As we walked out, 2 other customers said we made the right choice because of how they were treated as well.
The worse personal service ever.
