Zambrero is like a version of chipotle with fresher, healthier ingredients and unique sauces at a great price. Most type of meal costs the same low price and are delicious. The workers there are great. The sauces are great too.

I like coming here for a burrito bowl much more than picking up Chipotle. The dining area is very clean, and the staff have been friendly and actually act like they care. The food here is higher quality than other similarly priced options. However, it would be great if you sleep on this spot and keep the lines short for the rest of us. ;)

Really tasty, fresh food (at a reasonable price) and friendly staff. The restaurant itself was very clean and well decorated. Some other reviewers took issue with the portion size, but I felt it was just right.

It’s nice to have a new place to eat at Parkside. They have delicious food and a great cause, where they donate a meal for every bowl sold. The ingredients seem fresh and the chicken melts in your mouth. Very flavorful! The portions were small and they measure out carefully. I got the dos capos, my husband got a bowl and my daughter got a kids bowl. The chips were good but nothing special. They taste like store bought tortilla chips. Overall good experience.

Have ordered few times now (bowl and burrito) so can confirm the taste is good.I like that despite employee churning, consistency in taste is pretty well maintained.I though feel portion size is pretty small. At the same rate, someone like Mezeh is killing it and has pretty much the same taste with more options.Need to diversify a bit with options and get the portion size fixed.Location is great, bowl is the better option... burrito is better at Chipotle next door.

Definitely fresh products! I wish the jasmine rice and black beans were more seasoned, but the flavor of the pulled pork was still good. The inside of the restaurant was super clean. The customer service was great! I changed my mind multiple times and asked many questions (it was my first time visiting) and I was met with nothing but friendliness!

First time eating here and it was great. Food was sooooo good and fresh! Everything had great flavor. Guacamole was wonderful and not bland. I think the prices were also great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Really a great place & delicious food. I was pleased with the nice people there & the quality and portion size (ordered a Mexican chicken bowl with tasty garlic sauce). The place is really clean with hand sanitizer at the check out as well as near the condiments. Ingredients were all fresh & flavorful. I'll definitely be back. Don't let the negative reviews sway you. This is one of the best casual places to eat in the area!

Customer Service: Stellar! The young woman gave me suggestions with a smile. I love the vibe and efforts for sustainability and freshness...However my bowl was mediocre at best. I ate it because I was starving (forgot breakfast this morning). There was simply no flavor in well anything and the portion was small for the price. The chipotle sauce on top saved it... The setup of the pots with food gives you a home cooked meal vibe but I'm not totally convinced the toppings were fresh. The black beans most definitely were not however i could give freshness a pass this time because this resturant is new and I understand its not always going to be busy so its hard to maintain really good freshness without waste.I hope this place can make it but it needs adjustments in the flavor department and something to stand out from others... I cannot justify going here again over Cava, Chipotle, Moe's, or Qdoba! All of these places are near the same price point.

Heard about Zambero from a mailer and checked it out a best friend! It’s very clean, the staff are friendly, and the food was DELICIOUS!!!! Great portion size and fresh. I’ll definitely be back!

Previous reviews right after the opening were not positive but we decided to try it out anyway. It was very clean inside. Food appeared very fresh. Staff was great at explaining the set up and foods (beef is cooked by sous vide). The bowl and burrito we got tasted great. Despite other reviewers complaining about “not enough”- we found the servings to be more than we needed. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy as promised. We really like their mission to give back. Will definitely go back!!
