If you haven’t been to Zest in Cary yet, you’re missing out big time. It’s super cozy inside, full of color, and the food looks so good you’ll want to post it before you even take a bite.
The menu has everything from sandwiches and wraps to salads that somehow make you forget you’re eating vegetables. The sushi is amazing - and don't forget to get the gyoza, my favorite!
Everyone who works there is super nice and the whole place just has good energy. You can come here with friends to hang out, bring your parents for lunch, or just sit with your laptop and pretend to be productive while you snack.
Zest Cary is one of those spots that makes you feel relaxed, full, and kind of fancy at the same time. You go in for a quick bite and end up staying just because it feels that good.

Our first time visiting Zest was for a special occasion. Our server Sarah was both charming and attentive, while the manager, Dylan, took time out of his day to share a special moment with our table. The food was outstanding, with each course topping the previous. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, a wonderful contrast to the hustle and bustle right outside on Chatham St. I cannot be complimentative enough about the experience overall and I very much look forward to my next visit

We can’t say enough good things about Zest. At this point they feel like family to us. They treat are kids beautifully, especially our most recent waiter (I can’t remember his name but he has white hair) who remembered their orders from last time we were there. Each staff member is so kind and we truly feel spoiled when we are being waited on. Their food is delicious, especially the sushi, which I am hard to please on. Zest is hands-down the best place in Cary, especially for atmosphere and client experience. We love y’all!

The sushi rolls were fantastic and the manager and all the servers were so accommodating. We were dining with 2 little ones and they left us room at our table for the strollers and made sure we had everything we needed.
We walked in with no reservation and got seated right away on a Tuesday night.

Zest in Cary is amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had some incredible sushi and the Brussels sprout appetizer — absolutely fantastic! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and everything tasted so fresh. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made the experience even better.

Staff and atmosphere are top notch. The sushi was VERY small and mediocre at best for the price. For 20$ per roll I expected more. The menu reads very well but end result was meh. Sorry but just being honest. Maybe larger rolls (even if just more rice) and add some sauces to finish and more positive reviews will come. Best of luck!
