Used to eat breakfast here all the time. Visited again today for the first time in a bout a year and I ordered a club sandwich which is pretty standard. What I got was a BLT with ONE piece of ham on it. Placed a Togo order for a porkchop SANDWICH and when I opened the box I got a porkchop no bread no toppings nothing. Not impressed and probably won't be returning.

Great waffles!!! (New Edit - 07/19/19) Really upset with the way this cafe has went downhill in the last month. The order is never ready for pick-up when called in, the quality of the food has dropped and the service forgets items, even when you request for it/comes with order. Unfortunately, I feel that they will not be open for much longer...

Food was good. About what you'd expect from a little roadside diner. When we were there we were the only customers in there. They had just recently changed they're hours so maybe it'll catch on for dinner as well.

We stopped for breakfast a few months ago. It was great. The food was great and the people were friendly. We were happy to come back. So we stopped by this past Saturday and had a totally different experience. We sat at a 2 top even though we had 4 people with us because all of the tables were dirty. We asked the waitress if we could move to a bigger table once they were clean and she seemed pretty mad about that. We ordered drinks and sat and waited for over 10 minutes. She never came back. There were only two other tables eating. Most of the employees were sitting at the tables talking to each other. Our waitress was standing up front showing another waitress videos on her phone. After about 10 minutes of being completely ignored, we just got up and left. No one said a word to us. It was an odd experience. We won't be going back. It's a sad deal because we really wanted to see this business succeed.

My friend and I ate at the Carolina Cafe Thursday of this week. It was terrible. I gave you'll one star but it was more like a 0. We both got burgers and fries. The burger was cooked hard and the fries were not cooked enough. We ask the waitress for catchup and she forgot it. We had to ask twice. She was not very attentive. I got one glass of tea. She never asked if we wanted more. It was a super bad experience.

My husband and myself went to eat here yesterday morning. The food was okay, eggs were not cooked as we requested and they had salt on them. That should never be used in a restaurant due to some people having high cholesterol. One of the waitresses went out to smoke and when she returned proceeded to check tables and never washed her hands. We could barley hear each other talking due to the loud Spanish music playing in the back. The girls were extremely loud using vulgar langue.
