This location like 3 months ago was decent but since then it’s been really really bad. One day there was a girl worker sitting her butt on top of the food counter. This last delivery we received was absolutely horrible. Pretty much inedible. If I could get a refund I would and never order from here again! Don’t waste your money just buy a frozen pizza if want junk. Think they are just putting out bad food so people stop ordering and they can get easy money just sitting around doing nothing because nobody wants to order their junk! Close this place down lost my business

Everything is nice the down side is the extra for anything is not really extra. Order extra cheese or sauce/meat product and never get the extra like it used to be!

We ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:10 pm on 3/2/24. When we ordered the app said it would take an hour for the pizza to be delivered, we were ok with this since it is Saturday night. At 10:25 pm we still hadn’t received the pizza so I called the store. I was told I would need to come pick my pizza up. I asked to speak to the manager and he offered no solution other than me getting in my vehicle and driving to the store. I asked for a refund and all he said was ok and then hung up on me. I have contacted the customer service for Domino’s corporate and filed a complaint. I guess we’ll see if we get a response. Hopefully corporate is not run the same as the store in Castle Hayne.

I recently order from this location around 5:20 and I wanted for awhile for my food. Upon getting it my pasta bowl had A blonde Hair in it. I had to immediately through it away and was so disgusted. I proceeded to check my sandwich aswell while I didn’t see a hair it was too disgusted to try to eat it. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I ordered delivery today 10/25/2023 and Arnold was my delivery driver. Had him once in the past and he made rude remarks about our tip being too little. Then huffed and puffed away like a two year old. Today he came and started yelling about out of no where about his age (54) and then yelling that “he ain’t having that” about my friendly dog being in the yard. She was called in the house so we could get our pizza. Then once again he huffed and puffed away mad. Far from polite. Time after time. Come on dominoes. Do better selecting your delivery drivers.

Amazing!! Did carryout here today (a monday) at noon, and it was ready right when I got there, about 10 minutes. Chicken alfredo pasta was hot and had plenty of sauce, and the garlic bread sticks were also warm and delicious. The worker greeted me promptly and handed me my order with a smile.
