I just order the loaded omelet biscuit combo as well as 2 cinnamon raisin biscuits. All my biscuits were burnt and had obviously sat out for a while. This is not the first time this has happened. I shouldn't have to specify hot food when my bill is $12.00. Total rip off and waste of good money.

Fries are never hot and food is barely warm and usually have to wait extra time for them to get it together. I thought it was because they were cooking fresh fries but not the case.. people are very nice.

Got there at 10 minutes after open. They kept yelling orders back and forth and I kept telling them it wasn't right. Finally got it right after 3 attempts and about a half hour

Just don't. Will your food be cooked and prepared properly? Maybe. Maybe not. Will the food products be fresh? Maybe. Probably not. Will you have everything in the bag that you ordered? Most likely not. This is the only restaurant I have ever complained to their corporate office about (which I did about 2 years ago). The only response I received was a coupon in the mail. This morning, as I was driving to work, I figured it had been 2 years, let me try them again. I mean, surely things have improved...right? Nope. I was wrong. An item was missing from my order, the sandwich was cold, and the cheese (I'm not entirely sure this cheese was even supposed to be on the sandwich?) was dried out around the edges. I'm not sure how to describe the ham... Save your money and time. Just keep driving.

It was drive thru. I order 2 hot dogs combo with 2 med cokes and 2 apple pies. The line was long. Got to the window half order. The line was 2 to long to add to the order

Mainly i drive thru and get my lunch since I work down the street. I've always had good service, the only negative is sometimes they forget my honey mustard when getting the tenders, but they're good without it, so it's no big deal.

Went there this morning at 7am just to get a drink and some hashbrowns, I sat at the speaker for 10minutes at least with no response while there are people enjoying their food and hanging out in the dining room. I don't understand why I couldn't even get a "hey we will be right with you, sorry for the wait!" No answer at speaker, I left without even ordering, very disappointing having to miss breakfast over someone just not wanting to do their job I guess, short staffed or not, you shouldn't have customers driving off without an explanation. Not to mention the dining room was alive and bustling with people...

This is the second time I’ve been here and I’ve ordered the ‘Original Bag’ and they automatically assumed and tried to charge me for an upgrade. I ordered the original bag, never asked for medium or large but they tried to charge me for the upgrade without my consent. This is disrespectful and sneaky. I don’t appreciate being taking advantage of. Stay away from this particular Hardee’s. They are shifty.

Manager be having a nasty attitude every time. They rush you on the drive through. Today i went with two coworkers to get breakfast, i ordered mine and also ordered an extra order of hash browns. I paid for my order and didn’t get my extra hash browns. I told the lady nicely and still didn’t get them.

Not being disrespectful but they need to replace the whole staff, especially the older staff. I order a sausage biscuit, I get home and all I got is a plane biscuit. When I called back, all you get is a sorry or we”ll replace the order when you come back up here. This location service been downhill for decades. Mark it off your list
