We're camped at Cedar Island RV Resort. Short walk to Bay Breeze Restaurant. The lobster bisque was great, slightly salty. Fresh fried shrimp were terrific. Service was good & the beer, no draft, was ice cold. GOOD STOP. D & J MARSHALL
We had a two hour wait around lunch time for the ferry, what the heck, lets get lunch. This is your standard fried seafood, a little above average and the service was excellent, hence the four stars. I really enjoyed the soft shelled crab, very good and hard to find. The fries and onion rings, pretty standard bar food. The okra was decent. One comment, which DID NOT bother me, but really bothered my wife - it seems they use the same frying oil for everything, the fires, onion...
People were really nice and the food was really great, but the prices on the receipt is different than on the menu, website shows they're open until 12 but went here at 9 and they were putting up the chairs while we were eating, also didn't receive a refill or get offered a drink for the road, overall I would come back, but some improvements are slightly needed.
