I was going to eat lunch here today, but I went in the bathroom first and found it absolutely filthy with feces on the floor and walls, and the water wasn't working in the sink. How are the employees washing their hands after going to that bathroom? GROSS!

Drive-thru breakfast - one car in front of us, order was taken quickly, but we waited about 15 mins for our food. While waiting, I noticed their sign. Hopefully, they have corrected the price of their cheesygoodness melts from $499 to $4.99 (SMH)
Thank goodness the food was correct and hot when we finally got it, or this review would have been worse.
I normally don’t beat down fast food chains as the employees are typically not paid enough for the demand of their services, with that said today didn’t leave me with a good taste in my mouth in more than one way. I ordered roughly a little after 9 this morning after waiting in an empty drive thru for a few mins; one of the BEC croissant is ordered was at best barely above the ourdoor temp of 43 degrees, meaning one of two things failed here; weather it be warming a frozen product to temp, to cooking an item to temp and holding it properly I was served something that could cause a good Bourne illness (considering it has eggs I’d take something like this a little serious as it’s a high contamination risk) none the less when I addressed that the food I just purchased was cold the girl at the counter walked a product that had left the building, had a bite taken out of it, and rewrapped by myself) had asked a line employee to reheat it while tossing it in a microwave. Huge cross contamination issue there. As a fellow restaurant worker, chef, owner, this is a huge problem and concern as a customer

Went to mens restroom, everything was filthy and disgusting, got out as quickly as possible, i don't recommend dining here

The guy working the drive thru looked and acted like he didn't want to be there. He said he had just gotten up right before he left the house. He messed up on our order twice. Finally, the manager got it straight.

I waited in line for 10 excruciating minutes while looking at the savory food. Just a few steps from juicy whoppers and crispy fries yet I was kept from this food. I am a loyal paying customer and I often enjoy a LARGE whopper meal but today I was just looked at. I was even looking to purchase a delicious frozen slushy for my sister but that dollar was not able to be spent on your corporation. All of the workers just watched as I stood there asking to be serviced. I think this is a terrible representation of Burger King. Do better…

If I could give a negative 5⭐️ review it still wouldn't be enough to describe how nasty and pitiful this BK is. They sell whoppers but don't have the whopper seeded Buns. I was told that their store doesn't order them and whoppers are served on regular hamburger buns. The staff was not friendly at all and they didnt get the order right. I had to endure bad attitudes because I asked them to remake the sandwich. The restrooms were filthy, there was poop all over one of the stalls. The health department needs to shut this place down. I will never visit this location again!!!
This Burger King exceeds in every way. If I could leave 10 stars I would, the food is excellent, a great and friendly staff, nice play area, and overall great atmosphere. Definitely Chadbourns finest for fast food, and I mean fast food, the service is nice and quick.
