I ordered ft long Italian herb and cheese. I couldn't see the bread bc the metal piece that covers the meats was up. After sandwich was made I seen the bread was burnt asked if it could be remade the MANAGER refused to bc of her opinion it wasn't burnt bc she made it herself she was very rude and sarcastic

One of the most unwelcoming locations I’ve been to, terrible customer service. Management definitely need to step up and correct those two ladies, if we can even call them that. I can’t believe there’s so much bitterness in one single human being. Also the restroom as disgusting… no soap! There’s no way they wash their hands. DO NOT EAT THERE. Check the pictures!

The young ladies in this location were top tier. The customer service was exceptional. I eat subway a lot and this was by far my best experience. Thank you so much ladies for being so kind and hospitable. And the food was very fresh .

So rude. Went in today to get subway for lunch simply asked if they maybe had a high chair as we have an 8 month old and got met with a very rude no then was rudely asked what did we want I asked to be given just a minute so we could decide gotta a huffy little ok and an eye roll . Talk about bad service we went next door and got Chinese instead much better service

My family and I had a horrible experience at this Subway location. There were flies on our food, and the female employee provided terrible customer service. She was yelling, throwing our food, and repeatedly getting our order wrong. Things took a disturbing turn when she left and returned with two males, one of whom was carrying a gun and threatened us. Overall, the service and food were awful. I strongly advise against visiting this Subway location, as they may be hiring staff with criminal backgrounds or disruptive behavior.
Be very careful with this place! They're running some kind of scam on ppl. We were charged Xtra cheese on 3 pizza that we did not ask for! And the service was horrible! The owner should consider closing this location and start from zero somewhere else or maybe not try again!
Great subs at Subway. I had the Italian BMT on the Italian herb and cheese bread. Subway always has fresh ingredients and I like seeing my sub made the way I want it.
