There is absolutely NO justification for taking my bag from me after you've handed me my food, all in the name of "showing them what they did wrong." I am simply expressing my disappointment at missing a biscuit from my order! It’s infuriating and disheartening. If only you had taken a moment to check the order before passing it to me, we could have resolved this issue before it even began! And to add insult to injury, your dismissive attitude as you ignored my friendly greeting and gratitude was truly disheartening. This experience has left me feeling undervalued, and the level of customer service at this location is shockingly poor!

I went to go use the bathroom before I went to place my order and there's only two stalls. So I'll wait for the person to come out of the other bathroom and it's an employee and she does not wash your hands leaving the bathroom. So I went to KFC instead.

The employees worked together today to get the food out in a timely manner. It was so refreshing to see everyone doing a fantastic job, hustling in a coeseive manner to get everyone's order prepared. They all were well mannered, and they got along with one another. The biscuits were top-notch this evening nice and golden and not doughy just right. Compliments to the whole staff.

Drive thru experience, had my order wrong charging me too much. Ask to pull up to wait, waited over 10 mins to go inside only to be told it would be another 7 mins. It wasn’t even busy !! No one has time to wait this long during lunch hour. Received a refund after spending 30 mins of my lunch break for nothing. This location really needs to get their act together. I will not be back.
Sunday at 4pm. Haven't been here in about 5 years due to a bad experience. This was a repeat. Nobody in the dining area, 2 cars ahead of me at drive-thru. 20 minute wait. Ordered a 4 piece with large fries and sweet tea. Finally got my order. Drive away. Find out I got a pop. Went back and got the tea. Got back to car to find 3 pieces of chicken and a medium fries. No napkins. Fries were cold as well. I'm out for good.

Just went through the drive through, and apparently the little guy taking your money and giving you food is mute.. not even told a total.just his hand out to get my debit card.not even.hey here's your food.
