Service was extremely slow and the manager that was on duty on Sunday 8-31-2025 was very rude and unprofessional.. Yelling at his staff so loud you could hear it sitting in the dinning area. Something needs to be done about the unprofessional operation of this establishment

Ordered a 12pc family meal. Had to wait 10 min extra at drive thru. Brought the order out in large box as normal. When I got home I had no 1/2 gallon tea. And they charged me for the 12pc tailgate and only gave me 8pc of chicken. This is terrible.

slow service we order 5 piece of chicken supreme just got three in the box , order a breast and a leg just got the breast service watching videos in their phones not paying attention for what the costumer order it sucks you go for faster service n have to call the store or go back because service is slow n order missing then they charge you a arm n a leg but missing the leg not good

Absolutely no excuse for the service here. We sat for over an hour for a family meal. And it still was not correct. I had to leave and come back to get it.
And tonight I order online and they “didn’t get it” and so we waited for 20 minutes in the family meal and the order was not complete after paying over $50 for dinner. There is absolutely no excuse for this to happen over and over and over every single time I order here.

havnet been back in 2 years cause they sell things that they do not have in stock, finally broke down and went to be greated by terrible AI and even worse customer service. manager was rude and very unfriendly no one i know will visit this location again

The ai got our size wrong was not enthusiastic about it. How are you going to change a large order and give everything else in the box correct yet decided to change the fry size to medium.. large means large all the way around not specifically the drink size

Hi, I'm very upset with bojangles in Cherryville. The woman that runs the drive thru in the morning is young and she's always says it will be 30 min before they open it's supposed to be 6 am but she says 30 more min even if it's 6:30am. She's always on the phone very rude and pretty much acts like she is high.
