The manager of this place needs fired for having only two employees working today. The two here are running themselves to death trying to keep up.

I just left there at 7:46 pm and the person that took my order at the register was rude once I finally got noticed after standing there for 5 minutes. The guy making my sandwich was touching everything and didn't change his gloves I ended up leaving because he was scratching his nose he was pulling his pants up and didn't change gloves then when I said something they acted like it wasn't a Manager there. Experience was terrible the bathroom was dirty just overall a bad experience y'all need to address washing hands and changing gloves after touching yourself.

I stopped going for a while because service was bad. Like bad bad but my son wanted BK and we were too far away from any other one so I sucked it up and went back to the Cherryville location expecting the worst.

So imagine my surprise when I was greeted almost as soon as I walked in the door by not one, not two, but three smiling faces?!?!?! There was a man in front of me and the woman taking orders called him handsome which I thought, maybe she’s just being nice. When it was my turn, she gave me eye contact and said “And how are you today, Beautiful?”

I have never been greeted ANYWHERE so informally but welcoming. I said something to her and she said “All men are handsome and all women are beautiful.”

I ordered, she asked my son directly what he wanted and listened to him instead of going through me like most adults. Then she put on gloves and MADE IT HERSELF!!

I don’t know what has happened to this location but please keep it up! I will definitely be back!

Food was hot and fresh and unlike other places they actually got my kiddos meal right...a certain double arch can't even get a plain hamburger correct. Staff was amazing and polite. Will be coming back

One of THE slowest places in the area. Ordered just one cheeseburger and a coke. It took 20 minutes to get at the drive thru. Stunning slowness. You could hunt and cook something with less aggravation than this. Truly pathetic.

The lady doing the drive thru was rude, rushing, she would cut my husband off everytime he spoke. And, didn't even get his order right! The food was meh, it did end up making my husband a little sick. I'd spend my money elsewhere.

Does anybody actually work there?cars parked outside.. nobody in the drive thru,yet nobody is working.or just watching people sit in the drive thru for a while with not even the courtesy to take your damn order.more than once this has happened.. CHERRYVILLE BURGER KING ain't shit.

I'm from Charlotte working in Cherryville, this is the BEST Burger King I have ever been to. Plus the cashier hypnotized me with her eyes. Lol

Slowest Burger King in North Carolina. I finally blocked this restaurant through my doordash driver app tonight, sick of dealing with this place.

Always understaffed, always slow as molasses, you can easily expect to wait 30 minutes for literally anything.

Had a double order earlier tonight, went in as usual with my hot bag and stood patiently waiting. Not a hello, or a nod, barely a sideways glance. One other customer in the place at the time. As soon as Doordash gave me the unassign option, I STILL waited another 10 minutes patiently before finally ditching it and having support block the restaurant once and for all.

Two other people left without even ordering the same time I was walking out to my car.

Btw, their sodas are always flat and gross, good luck getting ice, and usually something is always out of stock. Just a terrible place in general.

Ice machine was broken. No one bothered to mention that before you pay for the food. A sign on the door even would have been nice. But the let you order - take your $$ then tell you. Ordered 2 double Cheeseburgers, a plain hamburger, A whopper Jr with onion rings. Took 40 minutes to get that. They ran out of burgers and had to cook more. 3 employees- all dancing around doing the bunny hop to the music playing with no regard to customers waiting. After the 40 minute wait - they forgot to cook the onion rings- the priority was on Dancing . Absolutely no people skills, no management skills and just totally unacceptable behavior. DO BETTER BURGER KING- all you have is this food service and if it doesn’t get better I don’t expect you to be open much longer. Totally unacceptable and will never go back.

All the employees were hanging out back, they all look to be smoking and proceeded to tell me that “the system was down” and we can’t serve you.
I’m assuming they are still on the clock.
Disappointing for sure. Went elsewhere.
