Major fail and terrible experience! I ordered using the app in the parking lot & immediately drove to the drive through speaker. I had to wait 10 minutes before I could even say I had a mobile order. After 5 minutes of waiting, I was trying to cancel the order on the app, but no luck. I even went in while the other person stayed in the drive through waiting to say we had a mobile order to see if inside pickup would be better. There was a person in front of me and nobody at the counter. After waiting a few minutes I went back outside. Once you order you are stuck, because you pre-pay! If food has not started cooking then allow customers to cancel the order from the app! I waited at least another 20 minutes in the drive through before I had my food, so 30 minutes total from start to finish for large fries and a regular hamburger. While I was at the window, the girl taking the orders told several people at the drive through speaker to come in and order. Multiple orders were handed to customers inside before mine made it back to the window. Totally unacceptable. When I got home the burger was on a small fish shaped bun, half the size of what it should be...like a kid sized slider! Picture below. I could tell when I put my hand in the bag something was not right. If they were out of regular buns, I should have been told on the app, or at least when I said I had a mobile order. The fries had so much grease...like the temperature of the oil was not hot enough to cook them properly.I thought it was interesting that the price was significantly higher than other nearby BK locations. Can the franchise just make up their own prices? Does BK even monitor their franchises? If not, it is time to start!! Save yourself a headache and read the reviews. I wish I had. I will not be back to Cherryville BK and it looks like several others feel the same way.

When I went to get dinner, upon arrival I had to wait 10 mins just for someone to take my order; when I got my food I was missing items. Went back up to the counter and the young guy working cursed at me! The manager came out and said I'm training don't apologize for his behavior; but instead asked me why I was back at the counter? I then told her the same thing I had told him I'm missing 2 whoppers. She started again that she was training everyone's in there apparently; there were 5 crew members none of which had gloves on and for the wait on the 2 whoppers came out to be another 20 mins. By this point I'm ready to screen at everyone as I have crying children sitting at the tables. When I do get the whopper's I finally try to sit down and eat when my children show me their Jr whoppers.... On the Jr whoppers the meat was as hard as a rock! Went back to the counter to request a refund and was told that they couldn't do it BC my children took a bite of the food; yeah sorry 1 hour later left and no one ate. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

The fastfood restaurants in Cherryville lack sufficient staff which affects the quality of service and product. Every single order had a problem with the way the meal was prepared, waiting over 20 minutes for the order to be completed (after waiting 5 to 10 minutes to place orders), or both (like my order). The staff tries to be patient with each other than disgruntled customers but this is the experience most visits. Again, Cherryville is a rural stop between Dallas, Shelby, and Lincolnton, so potential staff may go to these other towns for work or there just is not a large enough pool of young, able-bodied people with affordable childcare to work. Try to dine in and be of the mindset of a sit-down style restaurant for service time but anticipate typical fastfood quality. Saddest I've ever seen! One , yes, one only employee..in line for 15 min before I heard him on speaker. Said gonna be awhile, as had a big order in front. Should have left then. Another 20 min ideling after I ordered, got my CCCCCOLD FOOD. NEVER, EVER WOLL SEE WHITES OF MY EYES AGAIN!

It's 850pm on a Monday and it's got it's light out trying to look like its closed even though it's supposed to be open to midnight.They turned them off when I pulled into the parking lot, the jokes on them bc I was just turning around to go to auto zone. Still, sorry service and manners in any situation.

Ordered for pickup on the app, after checking store hours on Google, Google maps, and bk's own site. App accepted the order and debited the money from my credit union acct immediately. My son drove to bk, tried to use the drive thru as instructed by the app, pulled around the building and parked, to call me & make sure they were open. One employee was in his car smoking, parked next to my son; 2 employees were opening the drive thru window frequently, looking at him. These employees decided the best option was calling 911, to report a suspected dealer loitering in their parking lot, "acting dangerous".After my son talked with the 2 officers who pulled in behind him, he called me back to tell me what had happened; why he had to hang up on me. When I tried to get the app to refund the money for the food we couldn't get, it notifies me bk's refund policy is to return customer's money in 5-10 business days. Money they take from accounts immediately, takes them 5 - 10 business days to put back. Into the same account.They don't worry themselves about staff deciding to close early, after accepting orders, or for calling the police when customers attempt to pick up food they were charged for, or for the time and money people have to spend while attempting to get their food.Parking: Only park at this "restaurant" if you want to chat with some police officers. The officers are extremely helpful and nice, so they are definitely worth your time. Highly recommend.

Both my burgers were ICE cold. I don’t usually complain but it took 5 minutes before I could place order and then I sat at window for another 10 minutes to pay and 5 more to get order. Only to have the burgers ice

Ordered my my food my food on Saturday @10:13 pm the app never updated from preparing order to Dasher headed to restaurant. I waited for a couple minutes because I work in the food service industry and I know how things can get crazy. I call Burger King in Cherryville NC and was told that my order was already picked up. Called DD and was told the driver hasn't been assigned. My order was finally picked up and delivered at 12:03am. My total dollar amount was $30. When my Dasher came I tipped $25 plus the $5 on the app. The communication between restaurant and DD is trifling. Also BK didn't have certain items after all of that and I was confused cause I thought ya said the order was already picked up. To Heather and driver, Fantastic job

Not only do they consistently run out of food (regularly) but their drive thru workers are INCREDIBLY rude. Also, not to mention, the orders are never correct. And the hygiene isn't up to par either. At one point, I ended up with a glove in my drink..... you heard that right, A GLOVE IN MY DRINK! I don't think anyone in this city would miss this establishment if it went under.
