service and food have gone way down in over the last year. customer service is unprofessional. food is overly expensive and under cooked or shows up wrong. wont let you sit down and eat if you show up to close to closing time nor order any food. no sense of empathy. we have been eating here for years, its extremely disappointing. you've lost a long time customer for good.
After getting a 85$ delivery order wrong. All they wanted to do to fix it was a 15$ credit on my next order. Terrible customer service. Will not be ordering again.
You close at 8, but can’t order food after 7:30? Why stay open then? Especially when you walk in and everybody was just sitting around waiting until 8? They ask if you had a call-in? How can you call in an order when the phone’s cut off. I love your place, especially the fried ravioli and wings. But I don’t think staff likes to work. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened.
