My brother who is home from college just went there for lunch and was interrupted by two workers while he was sitting down eating to accuse him of stealing a famous bowl. He genuinely was confused because he’s always honest and works hard for everything he has, so he shows him his receipt and they accuse him of lying about it being his receipt?? How ridiculous, so of course my brother does not have to, but he offers to show them his bank statement. They still behaved like he was a thief and made him feel extremely uncomfortable. Clearly someone does not know how to do their job and they need to back off of interrogating young adults who clearly haven’t done anything wrong. It makes so much sense for a 19 year old man to steal food and then sit there and eat it while you can watch him.

The kids at this establishment are lazy and couldn’t even cook two apple pies after taking my money then told us to pull up like they were cooking the pies then returned the money later after waiting and said we’re out… waste of my time

The wait takes forever, they have employees just sitting around, kids running around, it's absolute chaos. My food was cold and I had to go back inside for my other meal that wasn't in the bag! Poor boy in the kitchen pretty much alone, whole all the older people are standing around talking to each other. Y'all need to step up your game.

The last three times we have been there they have said 20 minutes to get an apple pie so we say just take that off the order. Last time got the meal that comes with wings and nuggets was ask to pull up and waited 21 minutes to have our food brought to the car. Got home and they didn’t even put the nuggets in the bag. The young little girl that runs the window is nice however she looks scared to death due to two older ladies in the back yelling what they don’t have or are not cooking. This store needs some restructuring. If all your apple pies are still in the freezer it’s due to the cooks won’t cook them not because folks aren’t asking for them. Tonight we got home and the slaw was missing. We won’t be back! As my Pappaw use to call it Colonel Sanders well Mr Sanders would be disappointed that folks just don’t care to keep what he worked so hard to build. Exceed the customer’s expectations is rare now. If they even tell you thank you and have a good night you are pleasantly surprised!!

She was laughing while taking the order of the person in front of me, and to me. I asked for 2 legs and got a leg and a thigh. Didnt get silverware for my mad and chese, and was given HALF a biscuit for both my 2 orders.

My family and I got three of the $7 deals Tuesday afternoon around 3:00pm (July 8th, 2025). All of our biscuits literally crumbled apart because they were so dry. The chicken was dry and tough as well. This is the worst KFC meal I’ve ever eaten.
I tried KFC's only ordering, and it was seamless online. However I put my order in at 430pm and I posted a pick up time of 530pm. Upon arriving at the store I located my bag and you could clearly see the condensation inside the plastic bag. I waited in line to ask when this was made. She said we made it as soon as it came in. Respectfully I showed her that I had a pick up time of 530pm. She and the cook got mad and upset. I even had to show her on the receipt that prints for them it clearly says the pick up time. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else.

Yesterday, I stopped here to grab dinner for my family around 6pm. When I got home and opened my box, I found 3 small old, dried out tenders. If I lived closer I would have taken them back to the store. There was no pride in giving the customer a nice meal. I would have gladly waited the extra time to get fresh food and my money's worth. I paid $9.19 for a combo where I could only eat the fries and drink. Due to all the increase in grocery prices we all have seen companies cutting back on the sizes and portions. The least they can do is give you fresh food and reasonable size items. My French fry should not be longer than my chicken tender. The young lady employee was also using profanity after a customer did not have enough money and returned to her car. I will not be going back to this KFC or maybe KFC at all. I hear more and more people complaining. I've contacted KFC directly about this concern and filled out the survey with my concerns.
