Order is always correct even though they are severely understaffed. The employees that are working bust their tail and always make sure your order is correct and fresh when you get it.

The workers are one of the hardest workers ive ever known the second and third shift crew are the sweetest people thank you lexi brittnay devin alyssa and they have one hell of a good general manager emily she is so accommodating and nice

Food and service are great, went in today for lunch and almost didnt sit down and there was flys everywhere, everywhere you look four or five flys on one surface, I’m surprised they have such a good rating with the ungodly amount of flys inside

I use to be a regular customer, especially breakfast. Been inside 2 times since remodel. Employees remain hidden from customers. No more facial recognition, and happy greetings. The two times I have been in I never placed an order and left. Reason was seemed to be only one employee attending counter. The would get an order, then disappear to the back. People in line shaking their heads, including me. Have not been back in months. The remodel was definitely not customer friendly.

Nothing is ever right. Employees are rude and always have an attitude when customers come in to have something corrected.Always get eyes roll when I need something fixed. Wouldn’t be an issue if it was right the first time. Nothing worse than spending money on stuff and it being wrong every time.

I am not a wasteful person, but the sausage biscuit from this McDonald's went straight in the garbage. I can handle crispy...this was like trying to eat air dried clay! They shouldn't have been served at all .

Ordered a gravy biscuit on the app at 10:30. Got home and found two bottoms of biscuits which were very tough and hard. I didn’t take it back as I have heard from many that due to the redesign and staff that it would not have been worth the trouble.
