Ordered and paid for breakfast 20 minutes before it ended using the mobile app, when I arrived to the store 2 minutes after breakfast ended, all they would give me was my coffee and said “it says you cancelled the rest back there”. That did not happen, all I wanted was 2 McGriddles at 11:01am, I ordered and paid for it way before breakfast ended. Worst customer service, please put this place under new management

I’m giving a 2 * because occasionally & I mean once in a blood moon does the food taste ok! It’s strange to me, how can this particular McDonald’s taste so off compared to any other McDonald’s around in other towns? Dallas biscuits are soft, fluffy, not doughy, or burnt! The muffins are never stale tasting, or burnt up. Cherryville it’s always like this for some reason! The fries always taste like crap I just don’t understand how the food tastes so gross I wish it tasted like Dallas, or Lincolnton, or Belmont it just doesn’t!

Im sorry I dont usually leave reviews but since McDonald's remodeled you can forget me stopping there again. No one is at the front. Its a ghost town. No one is around to help you place your order, you cant ask a question, get a refill. And its creepy depressing and dark in there now. I feel like I'm on the movie Beetlejuice. Its not even pleasant to eat inside. I cant stand how you cant even see in the back. It makes it super unfriendly. I know its probably going to be like this at all McDonald's eventually but that just means I'll stop going to them all. I go in happy and come out ill. They didnt even hand us our food, just threw it on that shelf and called the number and walked off. I'll stick with Chick-fil-A

Rude employees. You can tell that nobody in this location cares at all about their job. It shows through the service and quality of the food. Customers have to yell from the front counter to get any assistance at all and then when they get it, it's someone saying hold on a minute. I understand McDonald's isn't a 5 star establishment but you could at least strive for 1 star. Cherryville NC McDonald's does NOT care.
Drive thru pad was extremely dirty. Lots of local folks could clean up around the building with a handy dandy pressure washer. I ordered a small hamburger with only mustard and a couple extra pickles. A regular fry.. I was told she has no way of knowing what a regular fry was.. cool.. make it a small. With ketchup.. she asked. I received cold old fries and my burger had onions, ketchup and a bun... I was traveling so I didn't turn around.. it was disappointing to say the least.

Got a 6 dollar meal deal McDouble and 5 dollar Mcchicken with half and half tea . Pulled up at 4am getting our order drive thru guy taking our order is slow and muttering things under his breath alright, get our food I try the half and half sweet tea and it taste like bitter water. The fries are unsalted . Burger Bun was hard . The sauce we ordered were not included . 3/10 worst McDonald’s to ever come across

The employees nor the food is my problem. But the customer service at the front desk inside is pretty bad. There's no bell or anything so you either have to sit and wait for someone to walk by or yell to the back that you need assistance. Other mcdonalds gives you the opportunity to order up front. This particular mcdonalds does not. Not even a digital menu displayed.

Y'all need to tighten up. 30+dollars worth of food and I didn't get the chicken nuggets I ordered. My cheese burgers which should have had extra pickles only had two per burger (that's not extra) and it looks like someone took a bite out of this one
Waited at the speaker for 20 minutes, after pulling around cashier was playing on her phone
Pulled up front to discover all the employees were smoking and playing on their phones telling people to leave, They use the excuse of the “system is down” But they did not inform us when we come to the speaker.
It’s unfortunate because I’ve had multiple restaurants. Use the excuse and all the employees have either been standing in the back smoking. We’re playing on their cell phones, ignoring cars
It wouldn’t be a problem If they had told me as soon as I pulled up, but it took them 20 minutes to tell an entire two lanes of cars To leave.
