Called in an order for 2 pepperoni melts and ended up speaking with someone in a call center at who knows where, but not in this restaurant. The restaurant is less than 1/4 mile from my home, but I'm going through hoops to place an order...

Excellent customer service
Excellent food it’s always hot like it just came out the oven in my own home lol.
They deliver it to us most of the time. Drivers always pay attention to details for the delivery as well as always on time with food.
Delivery drivers are also very nice!

Called and placed an order for carry out but when I got home my order was wrong. When I tried to call Pizza Hut back to change the order, I received no answer and got an out of service tone. I drove all the way back to the store and luckily the employee fixed my order which was nice. Will be placing my orders online from now on.
