Went to scooters tonight. It’s always a great experience. Was greeted by a young fellow named Aiden, who has only been working there for 2 days. He was friendly and made the entire experience better, he is my favorite scooters employee. I would give my life for the Cheryville Scooters, as long as Aiden is employed.

My wife and I were traveling from our home in Myrtle Beach SC to visit family in Hickory NC. Our route took us through Cherryville NC. We went through the drive thru for coffee and pastries to get us along the last few miles of our trip. So glad we visited this location of Scooter's! The coffee and pastries were fresh and delicious, however, the best part of our experience was meeting Aiden who served us. What a very pleasant young man. He was fast, efficient, went the extra mile to be sure our coffees were just the way we like them, and was so very personable. Our remaining miles were made much more delightful after meeting this young man. Kodos to management for hiring Aiden. Hang on to him, he's definitely an asset. We'll be back through on our way home for more great coffee and pastries!

Amazing!!! The guy (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) that was at the window was so friendly! I had a mobile order and they was super busy! Most of the time when I see this at other places it seems to slow everyone down while having a attitude because there stressed but not here! I didn’t have to wait no time, my order was ready in a blink!! And I can’t say it enough the guys customer service was AMAZING! My drink was tasty but even if it wasn’t the atmosphere and friendliness is enough to keep me coming more and more!

This is the best coffee around. I won’t touch Starbucks again. I’ve never had a messed up order. The customer service is amazing. I usually go in the afternoon when Ben is working. He is always a pleasure to talk to and so sweet.
