After they completely messed up my order, I attempted to call multiple times to report the complaint and they would pick up the phone and hang up. They were too busy singing tiktok songs and cutting up in the drive thru to do their jobs and actually do them correct!!!! Have a good time at work AFTER your customers are taken care of!!!!! Terrible experience all the way around

Absolutely the most gross thing I have EVER ate worse then baby food diet 🤢 safe to say am not coming back and will not allow my family to talk me into coming back here. The food is either nasty or isn't what you ordered. You order extra beef then they give you a tiny line but no problem charging for that extra beef. Tried to allow this place another chance as of now I feel sick to my stomach after eating one slice of this nasty ass concoction that was created and put on the menu. Please DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! They've been reported to head quarters as of today.

We like this so much we stopped here for lunch and dinner on our way to and from an appointment. The food was fresh and good, the price was right, and the service at the drive-thru was outstanding with two different people a young lady at lunch and a young man at dinner. It's such a delight to spot good service at a fast food restaurant. Keep up the great work here! Really loved the cantina dishes, a vegetarian one for my wife and a chicken for me.

I like the food but the service from lady (African American, and what is shocking me more that is , I never received any service like that from African American ladies) (hateful lady) was awful, my order was for $50.13 and I had $100.13 , she told me that she has no change, on my question how come she? smacked the window and said she will call manager, I was shocked , why and what reason for? but thank God! Manager came and spoke really nice and sweet and on his question “what’s happened?” I had nothing to say cause I don’t know why she was so rude and why she called him.

My sister's experience yesterday:
So my husband told me he wanted taco bell. So we ordered it on his phone and went to pick it up. We sat in the car and waited a while because it said it wasn't ready on the phone. After it said it was done I went in by myself and got it and went back out to the car. Now my husband ordered it and I don't really pay attention to everything he orders so I always have him check in the car to make sure they got everything. They forgot just one thing, which was his Mexican pizza. Now I hate going back in and saying anything, but my husband assured me it was no big deal and that he didn't think I needed to bring the bag in because it was one item. So I go in and tell them they forgot the Mexican pizza for Cecil's order. So the guy lets the other people know and they instantly start talking about me. Calling me the lady in the purple shirt and assuming I was a door dasher and trying to get free food. I could hear them the entire time. They even asked the guy if he checked the bag of food or the receipt and he said he was just doing it so he didn't hear me complain. I tried so hard not to cry, and even as one of the girls finally made the order and handed it to me she was like "you know as a door dasher you're not supposed to go through the bag before you deliver it right?" I told them it was my husband who ordered it and he was in the car, and she just rolled her eyes at me and sighed as if I'm lying or something. I told my husband and he instantly wrote a bad review, which is not what I wanted. So now I'm too scared to go into Taco Bell anymore.

Don't waste your time on this Taco bell. Pretty sure whoever manages it or works there is brain dead ordered taco Supremes and my taco was mainly Supremes with no meat. I feel like I update this review more than others simply cause they just can't get it right

We received delivery, and part of the order was missing. You only get shells, absolutely no filling, no matter what you order. Very disappointing and a waste of money

The person who took my order in the Drive-Thru was amazing funny very nice guy his name is Jackson I hope I spelled that right but my food was poorly made. My daughter's beef taco was literally thrown together on a wrapper and it came apart when I opened the bag. And somehow my Crunchwrap was actually stuck to the paper bag on the inside. But the guy who was at the window literally was really really nice.
