The last 3 times we ordered here the orders were wrong. Everything is always our fault we were told. Last time we ordered a 3 piece white meal and a 2 piece dark meal.both with dirty rice and pintos. We got 3 peice white meal with a few beans in broth and rice.the 2 piece dark was 2 piece white with beans same as other order and cold rice. Took the 2 piece back and was told the beans were all they had but they gave us what we ordered. I am getting a lack of interest when asked if I want to go there.

I had an SUV full of hungry people heading up 85. We stopped at this Bojangles and ordered the 20 piece family tailgate Bo Box. By the time we were 20 minutes 85 we realized they forgot the biscuits. Wasn’t worth turning around. I submitted feedback about the issue but never heard from Bojangles. Order with caution and take inventory before you leave the lot.

Person at Drive Thru was unfamiliar with a Special Promotion on sign in the restaurant window and tried to charge full price. A manager came up and corrected the issue. Food was Great as Always!

Hateful management that mock their employees. Zero professionalism. They hate Christians, even turned off the Christian music in the work area recently. Only people in lobby can hear it. Glad I'm finding a better job.

Husband ordered two Cajun filet chicken biscuits, brought them home, hard to eat, tough, win the going there any time soon. When they came to Chinapm grove, we were thrilled, not do much now, just another Hardee poor service, on overcooked food. As a matter of fact between the two I will choose Hardee.

Food was edible, but that's the only positive. They only had water and tea, but still charged for drinks. The food was cold and bland. There was a bug on my son's plate. The tables were dirty. I have low expectations and know the standards at Bo's, and this location still fails to provide a decent product (and they don't seem to care).

Kid-friendliness: Plenty on menu for kids or seniors
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking close to entrance, doors and isles are wide, and if you need assistance they are happy to help.
