I had a terrible experience the speak cut me off which is fine no big deal I pulled up to the window I told the lady he can I get no ice I didnt get a chance to say anything abt it and I told her thank you and everything cause she remade it and she wouldn't even look at me when she handed it to me she was very rude about the situation and my order was wrong which again mistakes happen no big deal and the girl had a terrible attitude she shouldn't work drive thru if she cant handle it

We will go out of our way to eat at this Bojangles, especially compared to other Salisbury locations. Gena and Chris are awesome at the front inside, great service!

Ordered off the app for some food here so I didn't have to go out, my fries were not in my order (it happens no big deal), I called and talked to the manager (Amber) who was absolutely wonderful to me about my missing fries. However when I arrived at the store I had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with the on duty assistant manger who tried to blame the missing fries on the dasher who brought my SEALED food. As if it was the dashers fault. I left with my food and called back and talked to amber again to voice my concern about someone in a management position acting like that and the assistant manager tried to argue with me again. However Amber was again absolutely wonderful, helpful, and respectful. I wish every job had a manager with such respect and tact as her, she made what could have been a 0 star experience, a 4 star experience.
