This location has horrible pizza. I don't know how they managed to get the dough so thin but it was BAD. No one I know likes papa John's but I love them and since I was ordering for just me, I gave this location a chance. waste of money. You can see how thin the crust is in the photo đ€ź

Not sure what happened with my pizza but the crust is literally paper thin. I'm glad I got stuffed crust because the pizza part isn't good and the chicken tastes off. Guess I should have checked the reviews before ordering from here. I will definitely stick to Domino's down the road from here, at least they're good.

Where do I even begin anytime we place an order for delivery it comes from here not sure why but we donât complain itâs usually being delivered by DoorDash anyway. This particular time was by far the worst we waited for over an hour for two pizzas to be delivered so I decided to call the store Trent answered the phone and I asked why our pizza was taking so long he tells me that âBecause I was paying cash the door dasher takes longer because they arenât sure if they will receive a tipâ which is a crazy excuse to not want to pick up and deliver a pizza. So my husband went to pick it up since it was going on two hours and my children have not had dinner yet before going to bed. I called back to the store wanting to speak to the manager James and he gave another bogus excuse saying that there arenât many door dashers in that area on Sundayâs and they donât have any drivers. Both Trent and James hung up on me twice and gave excuses that the phones were broken. If the phone was broken why didnât you call back and explain what happened? If you can have your pizza delivered from a different location with better customer service please do save yourself the time and money.

Had a free pizza because the first was not correct. The second was not any better for the pepperoni shack xl pizza. Will try to attach photo. Will not call to complain as it was not corrected the last time.

Papa Johnâs is rarely wrong or incorrect when it comes to orders as a delivery driver and their food is always on point. Iâve been to many different Papa Johnâs and every single one has the nicest staff members.
