Great customer service, and quick service
Went in at 6:30pm and they were completely out of bread. 2 people working looked like they had no clue what to do and just stood there.

The subs seemed to be made well. However I noticed that when someone paid, they were handling cash which wouldn't have been a big deal had she put gloves on. She turned around & grabbed the toasted bread out of the oven, then placed gloves on. I had just paid & gotten my food or I would've said something. Also their prices are outrageous here & they don't take coupons!! I could've went across the street to Gary's & gotten 2 entrees for I paid here. Haven't been back since & have no plans on returning!

Ate here Monday nov-17th-2025 and got food poisoning from a onion chicken sandwich. This place made me very sick and I am not a complaining type person but others should know about this before they experience a horrible sickness like I was givin here

Their online orders break frequently and they will claim not to have ur order even if ur charged, the boy and girl running the counter on 11-6-25 around 11-11:30 have horrible customer service good luck getting good reviews when employees service like this i’ve ate here weekly for years that’s stopping after today especially since my money was taken with no refund, the guy at the counter made it seem like i was trying to scam for a free meal yall food isn’t even good enough for someone to try to scam for like be foreal. come at ur own risk lol

One day I placed a mobile order for pickup and when I went in they said they don’t have an order for me so i had to show them that I paid for it. They ended up making my order and then giving it to me. Well my boyfriend placed a mobile order too and when he went to go pick it up they said they don’t have an order for him. He then explains how he paid for it and they didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even give him a refund when it shows he clearly paid for an order. If you’re looking to do mobile orders DONT GO HERE.

I received beyond horrible service at this location. I was hung up on while trying to speak to the employee that worked at this location. I’m a frequent subway customer and will NEVER order from this establishment again.

Worker looked hungover hair a mess, barely wiped knife off it looked disgusting dirty water mixed with sauces.

So the service was just ok, not really to many friendly people work here, food was average but, what got me was the girl slicing meat and handling meat putting it on the slicer taking it off, WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES. #1 health code violation. I don't care if she washed her hands she was touching everything. Nasty!

The service was horrible extremely slow the lead guy was lethargic and lazy and could care less whether the service was good or not never be back sad because I enjoy Subway eat there a lot but no more Subway China Grove hwy 299
