So the service was just ok, not really to many friendly people work here, food was average but, what got me was the girl slicing meat and handling meat putting it on the slicer taking it off, WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES. #1 health code violation. I don't care if she washed her hands she was touching everything. Nasty!

The service was horrible extremely slow the lead guy was lethargic and lazy and could care less whether the service was good or not never be back sad because I enjoy Subway eat there a lot but no more Subway China Grove hwy 299

My sandwich today had hardly any meat. Went in to pick my order up at 2:45 pm and they were only taking online orders. It's always something with this location. They might as well close their doors permanently. We will not be back.
Every time I come to this store the wait is insanely long. The people who work here have zero sense of urgency and you are the last priority as a customer. I won’t return to this location
*Edit to add picture- I posted this review after waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich I ordered online 15 minutes before arrival. When I finally got my sandwich.. look at how crispy and dry the bread is!!
The subs were over priced, and my bread was hard as a rock and I'm never going to China Grove subway again..
I went today, Friday, November 22, and it appears that it opened at 8, it was 9:40 and the employees inside were not open seeing each other's faces!

There is always a problem at this place!! I went at 8:15am and they open @8am and the young lady inside would look at me and just walk alway!! Then today @1:21pm I went once again and the young Hispanic lady with a big nose piercing on the line was very rude and disrespectful, I waited approximately 5-6 minutes for her to finish cleaning up instead of dropping what she was doing and attending the customer!! she was rushing me to pick out what I wanted and didn’t even give me time to look at my options and gave me a stank face and the manager on shift a white lady with red hair didn’t even greet me when I walked in! As I was getting ready to pay the young Hispanic lady was mumbling stuff and I asked her “what did you say” and she rolled her eyes at me! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION

This place never has good looking vegetables the manager sucks it can never open on time and the door says 8 then she says 9 well there’s times it’s been 10:30 and the doors still isn’t open they have 1 worker that is the best and some other good ones but this is probably the worst subway in the country the only reason I still give them business is that I’m right up the road

Every time we frequent this place, there’s a problem. On night shift, the employees are very rude teenagers and they always lock up early, then laugh at you when you pull on the door and realize they closed early. When we’ve ordered ahead online, our orders are never made correctly. Not even close. We tried to go earlier today during the day and in addition to the sandwiches my children ordered, I ordered a CHOPPED salad, which I told the employee up front, and she made the whole salad, then put the lid on. I reminded her that I needed it chopped, please, like they usually do, and was informed that “Subway did away with that” and they weren’t allowed to chop salads any more. It sounds bogus to me, and I feel like if they weren’t allowed to chop them anymore, she should’ve told me that up front when I ordered it, instead of just ignoring me and making it anyway. I wouldn’t have ordered the salad if I had known, and I told her so. If you’re going to be paying $12 for a salad, it should be made the way you want it. No apology or anything was offered. Enough was enough. I’ve given them so many chances. From now on, we will stick with Jersey Mike’s subs. They never disappoint, customer service or food.
