My daughter went here with a friend after school. When walking back to her seat the owner told her to move that she was in her way. Then shortly after eating their ice cream my daughter and her friend were playing checkers and the same woman told her to get her bag up or she was going to take it from her. The bag was 2 steps from her. I can understand being cautious about bags being in the way and I would have had no issue with them asking her to please place it under the table but being rude to a 12 year old is uncalled for in an establishment that is frequented by the middle school across the street and most of your customer base. From the messages it seems they have had prior issues with kids from the school but this was my child’s first time ever coming here and will definitely be her last after being embarrassed by staff. If you have had that many issues with kids from the school then stop allowing the school to have them walk across between school and games. I thought by messaging you would offer some kind of sincere apology and not excuses and I wouldn’t have to leave this review but you did not.

It's a middle school hangout. My daughter likes it.
First time here and the food was delicious but the service was very odd to say the least. The young woman who served us was very confused, super unhelpful (we had some questions as this was our first time ) and just seemed bothered by our presence.No prices on the menu and she had no clue what anything costs nor did she know what came on any sandwiches. She brought us the wrong dessert as well , which was just ironic as they’re were only two choicesThe couple of older woman were nice and asked how everything was at the end when we paid.Overall, loved the food, prices (once we found out when we paid ) but the woman who served us just wasn’t even close to being trained properly nor tried very much.

we live about 45 minutes away but happen to be driving by on our way home and decided to stop in for a sweet treat. it was absolutely wonderful! everyone was very welcoming and the best part they are kid friendly! had toys set out for children ready to go! we will definitely be back with our children! 💖 a great selection of all kinds of sweet things too.
