It is such a cute little shop! The service is wonderful and I really like how sometimes she will have allergy friendly desserts! I 100% recommend!

So we went here for my birthday "tea" and it went exactly how that sounds. If you're not familiar with a "tea time", everything is small - from the shop, the bathroom, the food and the teas you drink. Best word to describe it overall? Quaint.
Don't get me wrong, this place apparently stays in business because it's just that and does a tremendous job of doing specialty parties, high teas and special occasions (Tea for Two also caters I think). We had the chicken salad croissant with fresh fruit and the pimento cheese, bacon and tomato sandwich with pickled beets. All of it delicious. Just small portions. There are no menus, which is a negative for me. The waitress just reads off the menu items from her book and you pick. We had to ask her to read them twice. Again, this is truly a brunch spot (after you've had a light breakfast earlier in the morning or for an afternoon tea when you've had a light lunch.)
But? Their desserts cabinet was amazing! They had everything from strawberry pies to peanut butter chocolate brownies to cream filled cookies in that thing! They had more desserts than lunch menu items! And they were goooood. Again, nothing is labeled in the dessert case and you have to ask the waitress to tell you what's what, and AGAIN, do it twice. This place really needs a paper menu for lunch sandwiches and drinks and especially labels in the dessert case. This is why I gave the service a three. We spent $45 for three sandwiches with three sides, three teas and two large desserts, not including tip.
Even if you stop for just a dessert, you cannot go wrong here! A side note... There is only street parking, which is free, but keep this in mind.

I love the place that I can never get to it when it’s open. I’ve had a birthday coupon to get a cupcake like I do every year and every time I come by they’re closed I understand having your own time and hours for your own business but if you want business, you have to be open to make money otherwise if they wonderful place cheap on the cupcakes, but everything else is really expensive so it’s pretty much a rich person’s bakery. I buy something every now and then usually I don’t have enough money to purchase from this bakery.
Parking: The place is some what hard to find. It’s on the corner. It just doesn’t look like a bakery unless you know what to look for you won’t find it not advertisement or signage.

Angie, I didn’t get a chance to personally tell you how wonderful and delicious your teas and sweets, fruit, and displays were at the baby shower Saturday. I will certainly spread the word.
Amazing folks and great sandwiches, tea, and treats! My party had a blast.

This is a delightful option for a light lunch, beverage, and dessert. I do realize the prepared food menu is rotating, though I do wish there was some kind of publishing, either here on social media or a written menu for those dining in. The decor is beautifully curated and the desserts are delightful.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Came down town to support local small business, found an ice cream shop just down the corner and got the kids ice cream. I have an allergy so instead of going to Starbucks I seen this business sign for tea and wanted to support this small business. Well even though they have their open sign on the door and sign outside along with online their business hours say open they turned us away and said they were closed with about 7 people in there. I get if you close for a private party but to leave the open sign up and welcoming people in just to turn them away is unprofessional. I will not try or support this business again and will also by word of mouth let my friends know as well. Picture with open sign included in my post.

Visited this past the Saturday as a first time, customer after hearing a friend rave about this place and suggest that I check them out for my wedding next year.As a new customer, I would not have known that every second Saturday they reserve the inside space for their reservation only high tea events. There was nothing to indicate this when I walked into the shop. I wanted to have tea and a pastry and sit down and enjoy the atmosphere but wasn’t able to. The woman at the counter was less welcoming, and seemed inconvenienced.I ordered a slice of 5 flavor poundcake and a chocolate cupcake. The cupcake was old, icing was hard, and the cake itself tasted like it would sat in had sat in the cooler for sometime. The five flavor poundcake was good, but I will not be returning.

I ordered a cake for my husband’s 50th birthday. The cost was $130 and the cake was pretty dry and crumbly. I will bake my own next time.
