Since when did a bonnet become proper work attire? This is not sanitary at all. You sleep in a bonnet you don't work in a kitchen with a bonnet.

Good is generally decent - unfortunately there’s almost always something wrong with the order- 2 chicken strips, half a fry, missing biscuit- you have to definitely check your order before leaving. Which I forget most of the time coming off a 12 hour night shift.

They need a manager to step up. Maybe it’s a temporary problem but ate breakfast there twice over the past 2 weeks while traveling through. The food is really good but it takes forever.

Just walked in, dead as can be, waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order and had three separate employees walk past and not take an order. I finally decided it was not worth it. Corporate needs to fix this location.
All the Bojangles are very slow. Need employees that enjoy their job and enjoy helping the customers. Not just there for a check.

I hate to say anything negative, I generally try to focus on the positive but this place just wasn't that good. From the minute I walked in and saw a dead roach in the bathroom before I even ordered my food my appetite was gone. The girls working the counter were sweet enough and my friends food came out quickly but there were a lot of mosquitoes inside the restaurant which was kind of strange and the window seals / blinds were pretty dirty . It also felt like maybe their air conditioner was broken because it was pretty humid inside. I will again compliment the sweet girls working there and it's fair to mention that the cheese biscuits under the heat lamp at the counter looked like they could have been pretty good.
