I hate to say anything negative, I generally try to focus on the positive but this place just wasn't that good. From the minute I walked in and saw a dead roach in the bathroom before I even ordered my food my appetite was gone. The girls working the counter were sweet enough and my friends food came out quickly but there were a lot of mosquitoes inside the restaurant which was kind of strange and the window seals / blinds were pretty dirty . It also felt like maybe their air conditioner was broken because it was pretty humid inside. I will again compliment the sweet girls working there and it's fair to mention that the cheese biscuits under the heat lamp at the counter looked like they could have been pretty good.

I ordered a Bojangles Chicken Sandwich with nothing on it. Just a slice of cheddar cheese, ask for me to order. That means they drop the chicken, and I wait for it to my surprise. Got home 7 miles away. They put everything on the sandwich, but didn't put any cheese that they charged me for. I called this door I spoke to the young lady. She advise me to bring it back. She gave me a fresh new Chicken Sandwich. The way I ordered it with just cheese, new fries and a new bottle of water. Excellent customer service. 3 stars, because they didn't get it right. The first time and it cost me gas.

The slowest people in the world and got some of worse attitudes to boot. Sat almost an hr waiting on bo rounds and the people forgot them, while there was a line and people waiting to get their food too. Worst service ever. They either need new employees or shut the place down. I wouldn't give it one star.

We waited almost 20-30 minutes for our food just for everything to either be undercooked or overcooked. Everything was unseasoned and dry. They forgot our chicken sandwich, we had to go up there and ask for it again because they forgot. Soda machine wasn’t mixed up; just straight carbonated water. Workers were rushing around yet not getting anything done. Multiple people asked for refunds and even ended up leaving before the their food was given to them. Overall slow and inefficient. My camera does the food justice in the photo but trust me, it sucked.

Th3Real Huckleberry

Hands down the worst Bojangles as far as speed. I have sat here for 20 minutes for a four piece Supreme. It's like this every time. Well I decided to come back on 4th of July and they are still incompetent. How do you possibly mess up an order every single time?

Food is hit and miss, WHEN u finally get it. This store is always slow, and as far as the atmosphere- I've never given 1star, but there's literally ALWAYS somebody in there that is upset their order was given to them wrong, or they ordered over half hour before and still waiting for it, and these ppl are upset. So therefore the atmosphere of the whole meal is ruined. The front line doesn't operate quickly at all, not sure if it's setup or lack of management. But I really like bojangles, so when I go I'm prepared to wait half an hour and talk to someone that's upset about the service and their order.

12:00 on Sunday. Only one in line. Waited 30 mins. At least 15 people came in behind us. There were at least 10 cars in line. Server did not wear gloves. Scratched her head and wiped nose while doing our order. Someone from your business needs to come and observe. It’s like this almost every time we come.
