It was so good
I got to the first window to pay and the gentleman that accepted my card said absolutely NOTHING. No “hey,” “good afternoon,” “thank you,” nothing! I made small talk and he accepted my card, gave it back, and went back to his phone. Acting like you care or even a smile is FREE. Thankfully, the two staff at the second window greeted me with a smile, greeting, and a “thank you, have a good day.” One of my first jobs was actually at Burger King. I worked there for almost 4 years. I always made sure customers could “see” my smile through the speaker and that they felt that I valued their service. A lot has changed!
I don't usually have a good experience at this burger King, but Alex surprised me today. He was great! Don't lose him!
Ordered food at 8:40 in the mobile app.Got to the restaurante to pick up the food at 9:03 and had another wait past 9:40. Staff parked me in a parking spot and took over 30 minutes to bring my food
Like most Burger Kings, for whatever reason the food is never hot. Drinks are usually watered down due to either the flavor hasn't been replaced or the syrup mixture isn't correct. Usually I just get chicken fries and onion rings because they both reheat in the microwave half decent. You always have to pull forward and wait for them to bring food out. If there is nothing else open or trying to stay very local it's an option to knock out hunger pains. Biggest pro and benefit of our BK is the indoors playground for the kids. I take my grandkids there when the weather isn't good enough for the actual park.
Slightly off 17, but worth the traffic lights. I’ve never had a bad experience. Starting to be my go-to stop passing through the area. Not sure if they have the bathrooms “closed” intentionally, but I’ve never seemed to find a functional men’s room. Definitely use the app, and you’ll get a great deal.
Probably the best BK meal I ever had. Food was hot, cooked perfectly and tasty. They must have had their A team working that day. Well done crew!

Alex behind the counter is a very nice and professional person. When I was ordering my food he went over that came on my sandwich. That right there made my day. Very clean restaurant. And very fast service.

Lady taking my order was probably on fentanyl, they advertise 5-6 times they have frozen drinks but nope, and drive thru window had what I can only describe as dog diarrhea splattered under it.

I pre-order online so all I have to do is pull up and get my food right ? Wrong ! Every time I go to pick up my order they're surprised that I'm there like they don't check for online orders and then I have to wait for 10 or 15 minutes for them to move out of snail's pace to make what I ordered 15 minutes ago. That and it's just like they can't stand their customers , like we're a burden. no hello no thank, you no nothing. just sheep driving through taking our money for food that is going down in quality and customer service is just awful. I'm done.

They should close down this establishment. This place also needs to be investigated. I had a relative who used to work there recently and he got terminated wrongfully and for no reason. We will be filling with the EEOC. My relative also got his phone broken on the job by someone and when he ask could he retrieve the camera footage, the manager took him off the schedule with no explanation. My relative has been working there for years and it is disappointing and disgusting that he would be treated in such a deplorable way. He tried to contact the actual owner, but nothing has been done regarding the current manager's behavior and her unprofessionalism. When my relative recently came by and tried to ask about the camera footage, she called the police on him. We will be taking legal action for wrongful termination. Everything in the dark shall come to light. It's funny how the manager called the police, but it is her who should be worried about jail time.
They didn’t close until 11 but instead decided to tell me they were closed at 10:00 and would not serve me and had employees still in there sitting around. I work in fast food everyday you serve till you close!!!

Fantastic experience. Biscuit was fresh and tots were crispy. Workers were friendly, helpful and efficient. Inside the location was clean.
