Worse experience ever at a Hardee’s ever. Served cold food and when confronted staff would only suggest I give them back the biscuits to reheat. Lady at window in drive thru was confrontational.

Spent $40 on food for the order to be half wrong. Plus after waiting 10 min we get limp cold fries in addition to cold chicken tenders that taste like they were fried in old fish oil. Only plus side was all the drinks were right smh.

Ordered 2 milk shakes 30min before they close. Paid for them and waited. Then they proceed to give me my money back because they did not want to re clean the machine. Said they had no ice cream after they already said they did

Ordered chicken tenders dinner to go. The fries were cold and rubbery. The bread was a slice of white with finger prints. No Cole slaw. The chicken tasted pretty good but the rest of the meal was awful. Not worth 9.95.

My wife's Frisco burger was dripping in grease , the bread had a splat of butter on it and not toasted . 😬

Ordered a steak biscuit added cheese only car at drive thru biscuit was cold and over cooked and cheese was not melted steak Patty had been overcooked but left to chill I guess before putting on a biscuit. Not satisfied and it's not the first time I want fresh for themoney

I usually on go to the Hardees in my hometown of Chocowinity. The food is typically the same quality and consistent. Almost everytime i order at drive thru they ask me to pull around in front of the building because they are waiting on something. This happens whether there are people inside or not and even when I'm the only customer there. So it's not technically what I would consider fast food and it's expensive. On a positive note, they have been there in same location since early 1990's and survived all the changes. Other restaurants in Chocowinity have come and gone several times over. When they 1st opened it was one of the first Skats locations in the area. Then went to being Hardee's Skat thru and eventually to just Hardee's. I will continue being loyal customer and I'm grateful they are still open.
