Abbott's Frozen Custard

2 girls behind company were very nasty and short. Was my first time there. Was annoyed i was looking at menu. No one was even behind me.

Ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday yesterday. It was absolutely delicious 😋. 100%

This place is Veteran owned & operated. Chris was great to talk to and hear his story. He and his wife also give all the tips to their employees. All the custard is made in house. Whatever isn't used gets pinted up. Whatever doesn't fit into a pint, he sends home with his employees. I cannot wait to make my return!!

please make your waffle cones thicker. literally just threw 8 dollars out of my car window because it leaked completely out. so disappointed because the custard was so good and i didn’t even get to eat half. :( do better so i can enjoy my freakin waffle cone

Custard was really good but the sales process was awkward. Once we placed our order and gave the cashier our credit card, she asked if we wanted to leave a tip on top of the $15 for two cones. Since there wasn’t any service being provided other than getting the cones we ordered and handing them to us at the counter, we said no. The same person then made our cones. This left us feeling weird. Would the cones have been better if we tipped? Tipping is out of control in my opinion.

Although it tastes good, I was hugely disappointed. For a little over 8 dollars my cup wasn’t even half full. Not more than a couple bites

Love this place! The custard is great and the staff is always nice. Just enough variety on the menu to give you several options without being overwhelming.

The custard here is so delicious and creamy! You can order scoops of custard, sundaes, milkshakes, or flurries with their classic vanilla, chocolate, chocolate almond, and cookies & cream! They also post on Facebook what their daily custard flavor is. I saw they had maple walnut and was excited to try it! The maple walnut was tasty, with a nice maple flavor and a few crunchy walnuts. They also had vanilla caramel cookie dough; the vanilla base is a really good base, but no real caramel to speak of and there could have been more chunks of cookie dough. I will definitely return, and will probably try one of their flurries next time!

The menu changes so it is not your traditional ice cream custard place that you can walk in and get any flavor you want. However they usually have a good little selection to choose from, including dairy free. It always tastes great and is very filling so we get the smallest bowl. There is a freezer with pint sized ready-to-go custards as well. Staff is friendly and the service is quick.

Abbott’s was out at the State Cheer competition and have to tell ya, absolutely amazing ice cream and the waffle cones were delicious. Traveling from Fayetteville NC and being able to enjoy this was definitely a treat. The people serving were especially nice too! Thank you again!!
