The last two times my group and I have been to Apple bees your hostess Kayla has had the worst attitude and has been short and snarky and looks like working her job is the worst time of her life. I’m only putting 5 stars for service because your server Marissa is fantastic and always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She makes coming to Apple bees an enjoyable experience. She for sure deserves more appreciation.

TYPICAL FARE WITH REGARDS TO FOOD. THE PLACE OVERALL FELT LIKE A FREEZER, PLACE WAS COLD AND NO WAY TO ADJUST CLIMATE. ONE OF THE PEOPLE IN MY GROUP WENT AND BROUGHT A THROW BLANKET BECAUSE OF THE COLD TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE RESTARAUNT THE HOST APPEARED TO BE RATHER UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE IT WAS COLD THERE. OUR SERVER WAS GREAT! NO COMPLAINTS THERE.

I haven’t been out to eat in years and the one time I chose to go out to eat it was not the best experience. Me and my husband went for drinks and appetizers for my birthday and all I can say is I’m happy I did not order a meal. The daiquiris are so nasty and not even fresh, it also had a very bad aftertaste. My husband had a beer from the tap and it had no foam and had to switch to bottle beer. Our waiter knew it was my birthday and barely acknowledged it so of course we don’t want desert just the check. Once the bill was paid I received a dry Happy Birthday as we were leaving. Nothing about that experience was good.

Sense when does KITCHEN STAFF put holds on seating guest. Said it would be 10 minutes before we could even be seated because the kitchen staff said they was way to busy. They wasnt even half way full. This location used to be a the go to for Applebee's in the area but i guess they've gone sub-par now just like Hanes Mall. We end up going somewhere else even though it was only 10 min we wasn't even allowed drinks. 12/7/24 at 8pm

Took forever for our food and it wasn’t even good at all. Chicken was super dry.
Place was pretty much empty and the couple in front of us said they already been standing there for 10 min we eventually got seated. If I have ever seen anyone care less about there job the guy threw the menus on the ground. Asked for sweet tea got unsweet told the waiter he grabbed the cups off the table hard enough to spill them luckily no one was sitting across from me... When my 12 asked politely for more straws he said I gave y'all some what did you do with them... And the dude with the earrings that keeps coming out from the back about to chew his bottom jaw off while whipping his nose and snorting.. pretty sure wasn't allergies . The food was decent but not worth dealing with the rest.

Ordered door dash. Was alerted when order was picked up.so this wasn't the driver's fault. Ordered 2 french onions soups and they were cold. Like refrigerator cold. Clumpy looking. What in the world....

Went on a weekday not remotely busy and service was still below par. Food took forever to come out and was not good. The rice was hard like it had been sitting out all day and the prices have doubled.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I haven't been to Applebee's in years, but I really enjoyed this! I came in with a large group for veterans Day, and the service and food were top notch! I'll be back for sure!

Want to thank Rob and his crew for hosting a lunch for veterans for former members of the Forgotten Sons and current members of the Forgotten Sons on Veterans Day they pulled the lunch off without a hitch. Bartenders servers were awesome. They have also done anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions of ours and it was all the same with without a hitch.
