The staff keeps this place spotless no matter what time you go in. The dining room - walls, floors, booths, drink machines are updated and immaculate. What a great crew! Add the always reliable food and you've got a great place for a quick, affordable meal.

The floors and tables were dirty. We had to ask an employee to clean a table so we had somewhere to eat at. The ketchup dispenser was empty. There were no small or medium size lids in the dispenser. We were the only people in the dining room... I now see why

According to the reviews read. There has been a lot of hit and miss in terms of the service and food. I just went to this location and only after two different people finished stumbling over the microphone was I told that the specific item I was asking for happened to be sold out. Someone referring to themselves as the owner continues giving customers a generic response. For the sake of the community and the people that try to use your restaurant, please consider handing management or control to someone else in order to correct the problems consistently. Not just sometimes.

I don't know how, but they managed to mess up our ENTIRE ORDER. The buffalo sandwich had almost no buffalo sauce on it and was packed with lettuce even though we requested no lettuce, the burger also had toppings that were requested off, the french dip either had the wrong cheese or had such old cheese it had a funky taste, and the drink was wrong. HOW do you mess it up that badly????? It is entirely too expensive to eat here for us to have our ENTIRE MEAL WRONG.
