I have been eating Arby’s roast beef sandwiches for well over 30 years and yesterday was the worst! We ordered a double roast beef and cheddar and a chicken cordon bleu and they were horrible! The roast beef sandwich was completely COVERED in sauce and cheese, not to mention the roast beef was hanging out of the bun so much that I could not even pick it up, totally GROSS! It was taken back twice because they fixed another sandwich and it was only a single. The third time taken back, the cook slung the sandwich towards the cashier. Then my husband started to eat the chicken cordon bleu and the chicken wasn’t cooked completely. It was springy and looked somewhat pink inside. We are 100% completely done with this Arby’s restaurant. You can tell when someone doesn’t like their job, it shows in the food that is served to you. Now I understand why there’s never really anyone in the restaurant!

Tyger took my order and was kind and patient. He read my order back to me correctly at the window and was speedy with the checkout process. He asked me t9 pull forward for my food. Zyran delivered my food to me and was fast and nice.
Excellent crew and the best drive through experience ever. Tyger should be promoted or get a raise in my opinion, he delivered better service than most traditional waiters and waitresses. Thank you!

I was in Clemmons helping a friend move and was feeling hangry. Food was fast, good quality, and hit the spot! Shout out to Tyger for being pleasant and polite in the Drive-Thru. Saw another young lady hustling in the back, nobody stopped to chit chat with each other, nobody with a sullen attitude, great job!
Took my grandson to eat there recently. Lady at counter was not kind or professional. Food was cold and tasted like it had been kept for a while. No napkins in the holder. Will not go back unless things improve
