I placed an order tonight for 2 large pizzas, mozz sticks, and wings. I was told it would be an hour for pickup. I arrive to pick up my order and they don't have it. After the cashier and the cooks search I'm told they must have lost the ticket. I said, "so you took my order over the phone and just lost it?" She shrugs her shoulders at me and says "must be." The girl was very rude and not apologetic all. Not once did she apologize or try to compensate me in any way. Terrible customer service. They have lost my business!
It's pizza. Nothing special, unfortunately. Nothing (we got pizza, knots and mozzarella sticks) had much flavor other than salty. However, the pizza dough was tasty.
My husband liked the cannoli, said it was made properly and that's hard to find.

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, the food is BANGIN', and the reason I gave 4 stars on atmosphere is it's takeout/delivery only and there are boxes and stuff stacked in the windows. But that's a small complaint. I highly recommend this place.

Waited and hour and a half told that was the minimal wait time to get soggy wings stale fries and a undercooked cold pizza wasn't quick wasn't good wasted 40 $

Love this local place. Just got back from a week in NYC and can't wait to order from Bella Napoli. We compared all the pizzas we had there and only one came close.

I have ordered from here countless times in the last 8 years, but not anymore. I called and placed an order, gave my address, they said it would be about an hour so I said ok. I got busy and realized it had been almost two hours. So I called to check on my order. The woman who took my order answered when I called and said she didn't have an order for me and was I sure I called the right number, uhm yeah I am especially since I went in call history to get the SAME number to call back. Then the guy who usually answered got on the phone and again said they didn't have an order for my address. I told him what I ordered and again they said they didn't have it, then asked if I was paying with a card or cash, I said cash and was then told that I wasn't guaranteed an order would be filled unless I paid with a card. So no, I will not be going back.

Overpriced. Pizza was greasy. Wings had no taste. I have had several bad experiences. Gave them another try. Dusinos will get my business
Our sweet neighbors order for us and we were very impressed! The lasagna was delicious! We’re ordering again!
