I went to this bojangles last night, April 1st at 930 pm. Went to the drive thru and tried to order a sausage biscuit and fish sandwich . I was told that they were out of both. So I tried to get a plain biscuit and they were out of biscuits. I know that they were just to damn lazy to fix anything that late.I will not ever go to another bojangles. Sorry ass people work there....

I ordered two Bo-Berry Biscuits one of them was ice cold the other was ok.... I took it back to the counter and I was told that it was like that when it was hot when it was given to me it actually wasn't because like why would one be warm and the other old ice they took it back and then gave me "other one" it's like they gave me the original one back and it was still ice cold PLEASE DO BETTER WORSE Experience EVER My Bo-Berry waffle biscuit was also HARD AS BRICK I ONLY ATE THE CHICKEN

I am not usually a picky, impatient person. And we are frequent Bojangles customers. But after waiting 45 minutes for three 4-piece chicken supremes, I get home to find there is some type of purple crystal looking residue all over the chicken… yes, in every box. It smells like cleaner. $33 and it all went in the trash. It’s the bare minimum to look at the food you’re handing people before giving it to them. Hate to say it, but wish there was a zero ⭐️’s option.

Don't bother. Frequently they are out of one or more basic Bojangles items (biscuits or chicken or fries). Service is ALWAYS lacking. Don't bother completing the survey on your receipt unless it's just for the coupon because they don't contact you even when requested. Bojangles used to be good but now they private equity owns the company it has gone seriously downhill. Other ones in the area are no better
So the first two times I went here it was ok I wish the one on Stratford didn’t suck id just go there however the passed two times I’ve been here it’s been horrible this time I got 3 12 piece Bo bites and they were out of drinks then out of mac n cheese then I ended up with some super extra well done Bo bites this is the last time I go back here I’ll find somewhere else with better odds

No Dr Pepper, ordered large everything with my meal and got a regular drink and large bo rounds. Then wouldn't give me a single sauce after I had paid.. apparently sauce doesn't come with anything anymore.. now it's 40 cents.
