I was served raw chicken supremes, when I returned to show the “manager” I was greeted with a disgusted look as though I was in the wrong. She refunded me less than what I paid and did not even bother providing an apology. Before handing me my refund receipt she proceeded to tear off the bottom half which I can only assume would have been a survey or communication with corporate of some kind. Absolutely disgusted with the food and even more the customer service or lack thereof.

This Bojangles store has been excellent in preparing a large order each Sunday and are always on time, even when super busy. The staff are kind and welcoming and go above the norm to make sure everything is correct! GOOD JOB!!

On 8/7/25. The drive through this night at around 6-7pm great and fast. Inside, where I was, the counter service was slower than sloth at the dmv. Could not multitask, speak up, or fulfill orders. Stood at the counter for over 20 minutes + waiting for food. A line grew longer and longer. You could see the frustration in everyone’s face waiting. Retraining is needed for that crew. A sense of urgency is not to be seen this night.

Skip Builds

We walked in and were the only people in line. Three employees looked at us, but didnt know how to communicate with us. Honestly, they all looked stunned and surprised that we were there. They kept looking at each other, then would awkwardly look at us, but none would take the plunge and ask us what we would like to eat. All of this action while one lone diner made multiple trips to the counter to ask for his boberry biscuit (not sure they heard him any of those times). A manager finally came over to take our order but seemed equally confused. Honestly, we gave up and left,(without food), speechless. It was just a comedically bizarre experience. I looked through the window as we left and the boberry man was making another trip to the counter. I hope he finally got his biscuit.

I have been here before just a few times. This location is the worst and I will not be returning. Whoever was working the drive through window the morning of 7/30/25 around 10:30am, has a bad attitude. I asked for a napkin for the drink that was wet because the lid came off when she picked up the cup. She clearly had an attitude about it. I personally feel like that should be common sense when working in customer service for a restaurant, don’t hand customers wet cups, especially when you caused the spill. The economy sucks and everybody wants to make more money but you don’t deserve more with an attitude like that over something so simple.

I went to this bojangles last night, April 1st at 930 pm. Went to the drive thru and tried to order a sausage biscuit and fish sandwich . I was told that they were out of both. So I tried to get a plain biscuit and they were out of biscuits. I know that they were just to damn lazy to fix anything that late.I will not ever go to another bojangles. Sorry ass people work there....

I ordered two Bo-Berry Biscuits one of them was ice cold the other was ok.... I took it back to the counter and I was told that it was like that when it was hot when it was given to me it actually wasn't because like why would one be warm and the other old ice they took it back and then gave me "other one" it's like they gave me the original one back and it was still ice cold PLEASE DO BETTER WORSE Experience EVER My Bo-Berry waffle biscuit was also HARD AS BRICK I ONLY ATE THE CHICKEN
