Absolutely unacceptable how the food arrived COLD and old at 650am. I ordered food for convenience. Find a job you enjoy if you can't do it properly.

I haven't been here in a while because of some bad management and cleanliness issues. The newer staff are pleasantly nice and it's Bojangles. It's pretty good food for fast food.

Avoid this place. The staff are so rude and should get negative stars if possible. My order was wrong AND the chicken still raw in the middle of my biscuit. The staff was beyond rude. No apology, and the girl providing the refund was so smug. They actually went back and forth over who should deal with the lady at the register. Seems they don't want to work and I would not be surprised if they run this place into ground. Trash employees and trash food.

Place my order on the app. Got to the window and told them I wanted it all dark meat for my chicken. I had to wait 30 minutes for my chicken and when I got home, it was not what I ordered. It was the traditional eight pieces of chicken. So not only do I have to wait 30 minutes, but my order was also wrong. Also, the inside doors was locked and you could not go inside. It was drive-through only.

Forced AI ordering, and the employees stare at you like vacant cattle on the way to a slaughterhouse. Zero responses, zero pleasantries. Inability to do anything that isn’t 100% inline with what occurred with their ai ordering garbage.

They have changed their biscuit recipe and it is FABULOUS now. Biscuits taste and feel more like biscuit ville or breakfast time biscuits just not as big. Big, big needed upgrade!! Food quality has very much improved as well. Def going back

I live very close to this location and I love Bojangles, so even though my past experiences have been terrible I wanted to give them another chance. Big mistake. Drive through guy didn't speak a single word. He ran my card and handed me the bag and drink. The drink was wet and sticky, condiments missing even though I asked for them at the speaker and at the window. He hands me my card and shuts the window. No straw so I asked for one. Again, zero communication. Sat down to eat at home, no napkins and the biscuits were white and doughy. So sad this place and the staff are ALWAYS a disappointment. I'm amazed that nothing has been fixed for years now - the place is dead and I can't imagine why the owner/management are ok with all of this. They're obviously not in it for the money...
