I stopped at This Bojangles and ordered from inside thinking that my order would be better than before. I made a big mistake. My food look like it was sitting under the light all day . My bow round look like they have been sitting for a couple of days. I was at work so I couldn’t go back up there at the time but I end up throwing that food in the trash. Not only that, I ordered a three-piece and they said that they didn’t have any thighs, what chicken place don’t have chicken. I called up there to make a complaint, and the manager was very unprofessional, wanted to argue Me down about bad food and bad service. I will never go back there again.
Always out of chicken. That’s literally what you do. If I could zero stars I would.
I work my regular job, take care of my brother that has dementia, and I take care of my 85 yr old Mother. I do not have time to get food here. It's quicker for me to cook it myself because they always screw up the order. My brother loves Bojangles and we recently move to this side of town. EVERY TIME I have been here, doesn't matter what time of day, they get my order wrong. One afternoon they had me pull forward to wait on something. I was answering emails on my phone when I realize 30 minutes had passed. I went up to the window and they completely lost my order and didn't make it. AMAZING HOW IT IS CONSISTENTLY WRONG. I am starting to get the impression that maybe they are doing it on purpose, because no one can be this bad!

David and his team are great! I came just for a simple order plain biscuit + bo rounds+ honey mustard. Service was quick, fast and fresh this morning.

Tried to order food here yesterday. The AI assist crap takes forever to actually get your order correct. This one was repeating the same question so I had to park to go in to order. Stood at the counter for a few minutes and was never helped by an employee. There were two people working behind the line making food but no one taking orders. Ended up going somewhere else to get food. Sad.

If you enjoy waiting at least 30 minutes for food and extreme incompetence, come to this store after 5pm. This has happened multiple times and when I went back around my food was just sitting there. Are we high, lazy, incompetent? I think a bit of all three.

Unacceptable service , I place an order through the app 5 minute before arrival , hoping to speed the process up. When I arrived , I walked to the pick up counter and stood there , no greeting , no acknowledgment that I was even standing there. After standing there over 15 minutes , I finally got someone’s attention and asked about my order. Then they asked my name and gave me my order. When I got home the food was sub par and seemed to be just sitting there the whole 15 minutes as I was waiting.

We had a wonderful customer service experience and the manager Matthew did an excellent job taking care of us, getting our order correct, and getting us fresh food. We'll definitely be back.

Another catering order pick up and the MOD looks mad that she has to actually WORK 🙄and prepare a 12 breakfast sandwich order that was placed 2 days prior.. Seriously frustrating to have to see the stank face of an MOD after politely coming in ON TIME to pick up an order.. So sorry you had to work today! 😕#OverIt

Absolutely terrible experience today. As a customer who frequents this location 5–6 times a week (or more), I was shocked by how I was treated.
We placed a food order for our family. I drive a new vehicle and don’t allow my kids to eat in the car, so I didn’t realize until we got home that part of the order was missing—specifically, my husband’s two bird dogs. He’s not the type to complain and would have just gone without breakfast, but I insisted on going back to get what we paid for.
I drove 10 minutes back to the location. When I got to the drive-thru, instead of receiving a simple apology, I was met with suspicion. They asked for my receipt and told me they could refund it, but only after they served the other cars in line—meanwhile, the my meal was sitting at home getting cold and my husband had no meal.
I ended up having to return a third time with the receipt before a more professional manager finally resolved it. That’s when I found out they were out of the buns required to make bird dogs in the first place—meaning they wouldn’t have been able to fulfill the order correctly anyway.
This whole experience was unacceptable. I suggest turning off the AI at the drive-thru and focusing on basic customer service, which is severely lacking at this location. After years of loyalty, I will not be returning.
