Unacceptable service , I place an order through the app 5 minute before arrival , hoping to speed the process up. When I arrived , I walked to the pick up counter and stood there , no greeting , no acknowledgment that I was even standing there. After standing there over 15 minutes , I finally got someone’s attention and asked about my order. Then they asked my name and gave me my order. When I got home the food was sub par and seemed to be just sitting there the whole 15 minutes as I was waiting.

Another catering order pick up and the MOD looks mad that she has to actually WORK 🙄and prepare a 12 breakfast sandwich order that was placed 2 days prior.. Seriously frustrating to have to see the stank face of an MOD after politely coming in ON TIME to pick up an order.. So sorry you had to work today! 😕#OverIt

Absolutely terrible experience today. As a customer who frequents this location 5–6 times a week (or more), I was shocked by how I was treated.

We placed a food order for our family. I drive a new vehicle and don’t allow my kids to eat in the car, so I didn’t realize until we got home that part of the order was missing—specifically, my husband’s two bird dogs. He’s not the type to complain and would have just gone without breakfast, but I insisted on going back to get what we paid for.

I drove 10 minutes back to the location. When I got to the drive-thru, instead of receiving a simple apology, I was met with suspicion. They asked for my receipt and told me they could refund it, but only after they served the other cars in line—meanwhile, the my meal was sitting at home getting cold and my husband had no meal.

I ended up having to return a third time with the receipt before a more professional manager finally resolved it. That’s when I found out they were out of the buns required to make bird dogs in the first place—meaning they wouldn’t have been able to fulfill the order correctly anyway.

This whole experience was unacceptable. I suggest turning off the AI at the drive-thru and focusing on basic customer service, which is severely lacking at this location. After years of loyalty, I will not be returning.

The drive thru was packed and we went straight thru it. No waiting or anything else. Food was hot and good and it was an extremely quick. Great Service and hot food perfect combination!!

Slow for a fast food restaurant, short staff and food is always dry even when asking for fresh. Service isn't great at all, if you want Bojangles is recommend taking the 5 minute drive up the road to Advance cause this location is awful.

This is the closest location to me so I continue to give them a shot, however I'm disappointed every time. Recently I ordered a Filet biscuit combo. The fries were cold and hard and the chicken filet was cooked way too long. It was also hard and inedible. Waste of $8. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
