This is the world’s slowest fast food chain, at least this location. I can’t tell you how many times and others have left the line or the drive thru because service is so slow. Even when they’re fully staffed. Even when the restaurant and drive thru are empty, they’re slow as molasses on a winter day.

The worst service ever! I sat in line for 30 minutes, they didn’t have the sense to tell the person waiting to pull ahead. Then when I got my food it was cold. After waiting! They just need to shut down completely!

I decided to eat at Burger King instead of Chick-fil-A today, and from the moment I walked in, I could tell the customer service level was completely different. I sat down for a few minutes waiting on my mobile order. Someone came up and asked if I was “the rep guy.” I said no, and then the lady behind the counter said maybe I was just someone using the Wi-Fi. I explained that I was a customer waiting on my online order.
She then told me my order was ready, so I walked to the counter — only for her to immediately say, “Well, it’s not ready.” I responded, “You just said it was ready,” and she replied, “That’s what I thought, but it’s not.”
