Today I experience racial discrimination, and I’m very disappointed in this restaurant. I was in line today in the drive-through and the traffic had to merge and when it was my time to go, the lady in beside of me which happened to be a white female, she cut me off when she pulled up to the drive-through window She started discussing me with the manager. I could clearly see and hear that they were laughing and joking about me and. I was very offended when the manager decided to reward her behavior with free coupon…..I thought them coupons were for been inconvenience… and now Chick-fil-A was insulting me because you can go do somebody wrong and be rewarded. When I pulled up to the The window to express that I was insulted by the manager’s behavior she told me to pull off …too leave…. wasn’t gonna give me my food or refund my money. I went to Chick-fil-A almost every day until experiencing a racial discrimination at the same location.(this the 2nd time and the last) A few weeks back came back today and this happened. I am completely done with this place. I know I’m just one person, but at the end of the day, I would like the owners to know that they have people who racial discriminate against black and brown people working in their store and they may be fine with it, but this is just all now… Sincerely, very disappointed customer :(

I came through last Saturday, March 22 and witnessed AJ (one of the managers) yelling at the employees. Considering most of the staff are younger this was highly concerning. Please address this issue, we as customers are tired of experiencing this while we are just trying to get lunch.

As with most all Chick-fil-A, the food was good, the service was great but the price for what you get is not the best. I would like to get more for the prices you have to pay.
I hate how they have small ass tables and decide to put a plant on top of it which takes more room. Makes zero sense, and the people that work there are fake let’s be fr making 10 dollars an hour there, and yes they make 10 dollars an hour!!. Its not worth them forcing you to wear a fake smile everyday. I remember my friends that worked there got written up for not smiling enough. Like chick fil a needs to find some real world problems. And they never have their soda machines refilled, constantly receiving carbonated water🤣.

Always a great place to eat. Except this time!! I had informed the MOD that my previous order was incorrect. So when he had it remade. Either it was incorrect once again or he had the kitchen put something hot in my food! I never order anything spicy nor was my complaint regarding a previous spicy order. And the food I was given had clearly been intentionally made spicy. I've posted many reviews and I am always more than fair!! Will not be returning. Nor would I recommend this establishment.
When the same MOD brought me my food on a tray labeled "Dinein". He stopped and asked, are you going to eat this here??..
This isn't a quality becoming of any Manager.

I am a Dasher in my free time. I went in there the other day at night time to pick up a delivery. I asked for a bag because I had a lot to carry so I wanted to put everything together to make it easier on me. I was told I couldn’t be given a bag and she watched me as I struggled to carry everything out too my car. It was really embarrassing on me because it was hard to handle and deliver to the customer. The customer even asked why they didn’t put everything in one bag.. I believe the team needs a reminder that Dashers are here to help we should be given the things that we need to help us make a delivery successful and easier for our paying customers.
I've tried to give this place more than one chance to redeem their self but it's obviously not going to happen Horrible Food Quality, The Fries are always cold and soft and the chicken nuggets are barely warm at times!!! The customer service is no better, you can try to tell them what's wrong with your order and get attitudes from staff like it's your fault that they messed up your order. If you want Chick-fil-A this is not the location to be wasting your money at!!!
