I have recently started going to CSC and the food is great. Love the variety of chicken salad and I also love their loaded potato soup. I also appreciate the rewards program as everything is so expensive right now and I appreciate that they show appreciation for their customers.

I’m heavy in my chicken salad era, but this place ain’t it. Is it an inflation thing that they’re using subpar ingredients? I don’t know, but the chicken salad is not good. Very mayonnaise heavy and just bland overall. Even the pickle was disgusting and this is coming from a pickle fanatic. Yall need to re-evaluate your recipes because this stuff is barely edible when it should be delicious.

This has to be the worst service and food. ordered in drive thru paid told to pull forward and they would bring it out. Waited 15 minutes and someone came out and said they were out of the type of chicken salad, so order a different type continued to wait. Finely i went in and ask for a manager and no help from her. Got food finely. Ordered a melt sandwich, so should be hot, no cold and the bread had a stall taste too it. This place keeps going downhill.

I love this place! The chicken salad flavors are great and they have an assortment of sides from grape salad (sweet) to broccoli salad (yum!). You can get it on a bun or not and the service is always friendly!

We had the absolute best time today at this location! Sadie was the manager in charge (we think) and they had just experienced a power outage and she completely crushed it! she stayed calm and collected and handled each order with ease. She was super kind and gave me my points even when the transaction got messed up because of the outage. She truly was amazing and I could not have asked for better service! sadie u were amazing!!

We love Chicken Salad Chix. We have noticed that over our last few visits that the amount of Chicken Salad on our sandwiches has decreased significantly. We understand about costs and prices increasing but we would be willing to pay to get a decent amount of chicken salad. Everything is still delicious, just skimpier.

I recently moved to Mocksville and when I read the name “chicken salad chick” I knew I wanted to try it! I got the buffalo chicken salad on a croissant and the portion was amazing and the pricing is very fair for the amount of food you get. This is going to be a new local spot for me! Thank you guys for being as obsessed with chicken salad as I am 😂
I'm a delivery driver and I pick-up from here all the time, and I have to say how amazingly wonderful the staff always is.

There was a fly in my sandwich; this is the second time this has happened to me. Last time I was here, there was a whole fly in my sandwich. I didn’t come back for 2 years. I decided to give it another try today. When I got my sandwich, something told me to check my sandwich for a fly. Lo and behold, there was AGAIN a fly in my sandwich. Disgusting. I will never be back.
