This place is HORRIBLE now!!! It is sad that such a staple to the community for years is no longer a place I can bring my grandchildren. I have given the new ownership several chances as I do understand it takes time however I am done. I was laughed at when I asked a simple question about what I was charged and was mocked and they slammed the window in my face. My grandchildren used to love to come to Cindy's when it was actually Cindy's but it is not Cindy's anymore that is for sure... It is certainly not the same product, customer service, or overall atmosphere. Just shut it down at this point it is not good and a shame really.

Cindy's Snow Creamery is a total win! The snow cream is so smooth and refreshing on a hot day, and the flavors are off the charts! I tried the hazelnut flavor and it was amazing. Plus, the staff is super friendly and relatable, this place has a great vibe. Definitely worth checking out especially if you have children!

I have given them a handful of chances and I am so sad and disappointed, nothing like the old Cindy’s . The lady with the short hair there is rude and ruining that business. On top of being unkind almost every time , my order has been wrong 4 out of the 5 times I have gone! It’s almost all ice with no flavoring and the ice is different. I used to visit almost daily with the old owners, Cindy was so sweet and always happy to serve her customers. My daughter and I walked up about 10 mins before closing one evening which upset the owner, then a man and his daughter walked up behind us…the short haired lady proceeded to yell over to them what it was that they wanted because she’s ready to close… in a very ugly tone. I won’t be back anymore.

Whoever bought this place out needs HELP. I’ve given it a few chances bc my kids still love it. The ice taste like it’s made with tap water, it’s a strong taste. It’s also not as soft and fluffy (?) as it used To be. The employees are nice unless they mess up, then act annoyed when they need to fix their Mistakes. They were rude to a Spanish speaking guy in front of me bc his English was hard to understand. The fact that they ask for tips just shows that their boss needs to pay them more. Tipping culture is getting wild.

Just not the same at all. Doesn’t taste the same as the Cindy’s prior to the new ownership plus the guy giving me my snowball seemed to want to be anywhere but there today. Just not the same place it used to be by any means. Not sure I’ll be back for a while ugh.

Love at first bite! There is nothing that I don't like about this place. The management and employees are always so inviting and pleasant. They greet you with a smile every time without fail. The snow cream tastes like like we used to make as a kid with actual snow. There are so many flavors that it is hard to chose. My gbaby and I love this place. The customer service is absolutely superb. We were there on Saturday and I ordered the unicorn and Cameron ordered the Shark Week flavor. Cindy your daughter Christy is amazing and goes above and beyond and in todays world that means a lot! Thank you for putting smiles on our faces and we will see you all soon!

Me and my friends love going here! The snow-cones are the best i've had and you will definitely find a flavor you like from the many flavors they offer (my favorite is the lemonade). On top of it being good and cheap the service here is amazing Christy her husband and the staff got to know all my friends names and always asks us how we are doing. My favorite spot to hang out in the summer to cool off and for a sweet treat! I’ve recommended this place to everyone i know. BEST PLACE EVER!
