I once had a DoorDash and the staff was super sweet and nice! They accidentally made a Vanilla instead of Mocha coffee and they were nice enough to ask if I wanted it. Super nice gesture! I can tell they love their job and care about customers!

I get a Cheerwine energy at least every other day with light ice and no sweet tip and order is always correct, and even when something was wrong they politely and professionally fixed the mistake, I never leave Clutch unsatisfied, great service, friendly staff and always am excited for the free stickers or nic nacs!

Clutch is easily my favorite coffee to get near me, it is affordable and unlike Starbucks every drink is made with so much care and I’ve never gotten a bad drink. I also love the rewards! I feel like every other time I go I have another reward to use. Would HIGHLY recommend Clutch Coffee, especially this location!

Found a roach in my coffee, when I went back the staff was incredibly rude, laughing and giggling like it was hilarious. Great start to my morning having to drive back 15 mins only to be insulted because staff cant keep the store clean of pest. Imagine sipping your coffee and getting a big, dead roach in your mouth.
