Sadly, I'm going to have to post it. This is now the 3rd time I've gotten home with PINK burgers, not a little bit but full-on pink. I dont know why or how these make it in a wrapper or who is cooking, but this has gotten ridiculous. I live far enough away I can't just turn around, and I really don't want to have to rip the burger in half or on the sides to see if the dang burger is done every time I go there. It's just annoying and frustrating and I can say I won't be back unless I'm dining in so I can rip the burger apart and be unable to eat it right cause someone or multiple cooks can't get it right on the grill.

I never had issues with Dairio at this location until this past Sunday….i waited 20 MINUTES in line for ONE ice cream cone & left without it,it is expected to have a bit of a wait,but for ONE ice cream cone?They ask me to pull up to the pole and I did,at least 8 cars went by and at least 8 times the employees past me.Am guessing one of the ladies was a manager and she saw me as well just sitting there.Finally I ask one of the girls to take the tag number so I can leave:“Excuse me,can you take my number”“Ooh you have your food?”“No,I been waiting 20 minutes for one cone”“Oohh, am sorry”and just proceed to walk away and just say to another employee that I been waiting..I stay there for about another minute to see if anyone would bring it out l,they both looking at me and proceeded to ignore it and as I am pulling out “she said she was waiting for an ice cream cone”.Oohh the frustration!!! All I wanted was an ice cream cone,anyways place is great food it’s great But more organization is need it,specially if you don’t have huge orders wich if you do there’s always expect it to wait a bit longer.
