Food selections are scarce, service was excellent. Would Not return here due to the food selections which are few and far between.

Not the servers fault but they shouldn't have given him 2 large parties at the same time. They ran out of ribeyes. They did replace the ribeye order with a NY strip, but got tired of chewing because was not a good cut of meat at all, just gave up, paid and went home

We ordered online for a pickup and were rudely told they weren't open to the public as an event was going on- why did you allow us to order then? Finally my wife got the meal after talking to 3 people and we were dismayed to see items were missing and one of the dinners was wrong. Also this salmon dinner was plain gross; it had tendons in it and was tough - very poor quality!
When we called and spoke to the manager the next day asking for a refund, she told me no refund was possible as 'they dont even get the money' - ok sure how do your employees get paid and the rent paid? Surely there must be a head office or SOMEONE who does bookkeeping you can speak with and refund us? But she just said sorry you feel that way and hung up on me. Bottom line: Don't waste your time and money on horrible food with horrible service, there's plenty of other places to eat at around here.

One of the worst dining experiences of my life. Waitstaff and kitchen staff started yelling at each other. We did not get everything ordered. Asked about it a couple times finally just gave up. I would not recommend at all.

We had a reservation and there was a sports group there with a reservation also. We were there first. They brought our drinks. They started to take orders for people that came in after us. The people that came in after us received their food and ate before they came back to see if we needed a refill. After we complained about the service they finally started bringing out our food. Some of the meat wasn't cooked done. It was raw in the middle. They had no way to tell if your steak was medium or well done. I got my mom's steak and had eaten most of it when they finally brought her steak out. They had given me her steak and she got mine. They were going to give us all a complimentary dessert because of the wait. They ran out of dessert and didn't have enough for everyone. I blame management for not haveing adequate staff to serve both groups of people. The wait staff were overworked for the amount of people that were there. The restaurant was closed except for the two reservations. It was total chaos. I will never go there again and I don't think any of my family will ever go back.

My husband and I ate lunch at the bar. The burgers were delicious and server was great. I hope this place makes it. I think people forget it is back off the road.

Very disappointed in the food they had served to my family. We asked for well done hamburger and they give us tough hamburger meat, a soggy salad and very hard chicken tenders. What made it so suspicious; the restaurant had football helmets hanging from the ceiling😳😈👻

We went to Coaches on 10/25/24. Heather was our server. She explained the menu to us. I got the Carolina burger with fries. It was great, you couldn't ask for a better server than Heather and the burger was delicious 😋.

I honestly don’t know why this place is never really busy. The food was great, potions were huge and the staff were very polite and professional. I will definitely make a habit to go here more often. The banana cheesecake dessert was amazing!

Our waitress, Jennifer was wonderful and was very tentative to our needs! Food and atmosphere was relaxing. We will most definitely be back!!
